Excellent help and service
I went to onebike to pick up my bike rack which he kindly helped show me how to fit it and use it. He went above and beyond what was expected. While there I had a look at the bikes. Rui was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about buying a new road bike to upgrade from my old one. He helped me with my decision making. He was not pushy at all and I didn’t feel rushed or hustled into buying a bike. I had not gone to his shop to buy a bike, although I have been thinking of buying a new bike for over a year. Rui was so helpful with understanding what type of bike would suit me for my abilities and certainly he was the most helpful bike salesman I have met, that I decided to bite the bullet and buy a bike. I would definitely recommend him and onebike in Portimão Portugal.
