Very efficient and super easy to find in Cambridge

Test kit arrived promptly was easy to understand, received a email the day after I sent blood sample back, results were emailed to me later that day. Excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend One Day Tests

The nurse was excellent - I am scared of needles and I did not feel a thing. The clinic was extremely clean and my results were back swiftly. I had an excellent experience and I will certainly be going back. My partner used them immediately after me due to my good experience.

Thank you for doing my blood test and providing me with the results so you can actually see the levels and what is going on in your body. This can be difficult to get from your NHS GP, they don’t give you an actual print out. Thank you, I will come back again.

I had a good experience with One Day tests. Easy to book an appointment. Very nice phlebotomist and results were back very quickly. The cost of discussing the results with a doctor I found rather expensive so didn’t fully understand some of the results, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

Straight forward process, easy to find and parking nearby.
Very helpful and friendly on arrival, results returned quickly. Able to decipher levels but would have been good to have a report comparison of results rather than just values on a table. Would have liked to be able to book follow up at same time of tests, this may have been an option that I missed.
Overall very easy and happy with process and service.

Clean environment, with a professional clinician who was clearly expert at drawing blood. I was a little nervous about this, given the question on the form, namely "do you consent to a third draw attempt?" to which I replied a firm "no" and wondered who was being tasked with the process. Having had the blood drawn, in my opinion this question is unnecessary and might put off a prospective client. The clinician knew exactly what she was doing and did the draw quickly and effectively. My results arrived just over 24 hours later, despite a 3-day advertized turnaround. All in all, a very good experience and I'd use Onedaytests again without hesitation.
