This was my third visit to One Day Tests, and I’ve never had an issue before. On this occasion, however, a blood sample sent to an external lab was flagged with a question about how the sample had been handled. When I raised this with One Day, their response was defensive, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude even implying I was at fault for asking the question (which had actually come from the lab itself). I followed up to complain but received no response. For a company dealing with something as sensitive as people’s health, I would have expected empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning.

I had a fantastic experience at the One Day Test Clinic in Hove. Everything was smooth, quick, and professional from start to finish. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and the staff are incredibly polite and attentive.
I’d like to give special thanks to Dominica — she was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She made the experience comfortable and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and with such warmth. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely caring in a clinical setting.

Had to travel from Southampton to Brighton due to the clinic in Southampton not being able to do some specific blood tests that I needed. The woman doing my blood tests was very professional and very nice, had my blood tests results, all 5 of them, the same day. Very good service.

Lovely clinic and staff are very friendly and kind

Having tried an at home test, which failed miserably to collect the required sample, I was left looking for something more reliable. There is a clinic near me which offered a quick booking and next day results. The appointment with a friendly and efficient phlebotomist was seamless. The sample arrived at the lab within hours and I received a detailed lab report later the same day. Very satisfied !
