One Day Tests - Hove Reviews 

On time and very efficient

I use One Day Tests in Hove for my six-monthly blood tests for my ITP. The phlebotomist is always friendly, caring and professional. Other providers have had problems finding a vein when taking blood samples from me in the past, but One Days Tests invariably have no problems at all.

I was very happy with the service provided by One Day Tests at Hove. My results arrived the same evening.

I used this service for a one off blood test.
I booked and paid online which was fine apart from having difficulty inputting my date of birth as that part of the process is not very user friendly.
After my booking I drove to the clinic and despite my appointment being the last of the day the lady - Dominika was absolutely delightful, she made me feel very welcome, was very kind and clear explaining what to expect and made me feel very comfortable. Dominika carried out the test in a very efficient and painless manor, and followed up explaining how long the results would take etc

I was impressed with the fact that I was able to book an appointment immediately and it was followed by a careful and gentle blood test and results the same day and an appointment with a GP the following day. Simple online booking service. Auto reminders received in the days leading up to my appointment. On the day of my blood test I was met by the nurse who was absolutely charming. Her friendly manner and reassuring and informative approach was so relaxing. Within a few hours of taking the blood sample I was notified that it had arrived at the laboratory and few hours after that I had the results and clarification and details of available next steps. A professional and high class service from booking to test results.
