Brilliant service as usual. When you need quick and trustworthy results One day tests is your place. Have been using their service in Hove and Crawley, Dominica is brilliant and the whole service is very good. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!

Quick, easy to book, helpful.

I had to rebook due to staff illness, but once there the service was great. Friendly, efficient, and fast.

The experience of getting the test carried out was excellent and the lady was lovely. Just disappointed that I receive no help analyzing the results without paying for another appointment. The review of the results would surely have taken only 2 minutes!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking with Emma was great- she was kind, professional and took time to find what I needed. The test itself with Dominica was amazing- I hate blood tests normally but she was so professional and put me at ease straight away. And the results came back the same day! A great experience- I highly recommend this to anyone.

Just finished my third appointment at the Hove clinic. Dominique has always been friendly, warm and very welcoming. I can’t fault the lead time on the past two results, with them coming in either same day by the evening or the very next next day. They have set the bar high and hope the service I received continues.

My blood sample was taken at 10am on the 18th December in the Hove office by a very pleasant and reassuring staff member who said that the sample would be sent to the laboratory in Crawley for analysis. A first email at 3.05pm that same day announced that the sample had arrived at the lab. Again, that same day, the 18th, between 3.38 pm and 5.29 pm I received five more emails containing the results of the more than 60 tests I had ordered. Each result was presented along with the expected range for the blood test, with results outside the range being highlighted. A very impressive experience.

Waste of money and a scam
I have been seriously ill since June this year.
OneDayTests said they can perform a blood test to detect antibodies which are detectable two weeks after an infection. (And past infections)
I test positive to H Pylori in April and July this year. The symptoms (vomiting) started again in August and were so bad, I took this test in November.
The test gave a false negative (because I have previously had the infection and therefore would have the antibodies).
The NHS performed a different test within a day or so of the blood test. This came back positive.
I have approached one day tests to ask for a refund. They are rude and insist the infection was caught between my blood test and the two days seeing my GP - despite being ill since June
I have sent one day results evidence that the infection existed many weeks before I took their test.
Now they don’t reply to messages or refund my money.
Such an arrogant response to a past post I thought I’d post in greater detail. Their antibody blood test gave a false negative. FACT.
Be careful with the types of blood tests ordered. And don’t expect any reasoned or empathic response if you do say something went wrong.

I have now received a refund from my credit card company after stating we are going to court under the goods of sales act - and this test/service did not perform as described.

Excellent service from start to finish – from the blood draw to the customer service and finally the results, which I received via email in a clear and transparent format. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get blood tests done without unnecessary formalities.

Very straight forward process. The take-home kit didn't work well for me, I pricked every finger and only filled one sample pod out of three before running out of lancets. There was a clinic nearby and it was easy to make a booking to get blood taken there instead. Simple painless process and quick results (same day!).

The lady who did my daughter’s blood test was extremely patient and gentle, very professional. My daughter is afraid of needles but she managed to calm her down and distract her enough to get it done without it taking too long.
