Waste of money and a scam
I have been seriously ill since June this year.
OneDayTests said they can perform a blood test to detect antibodies after two weeks of infection.
So I am seriously ill from June from the infection and I took the test in late November.
The test gave a false negative.
The NHS performed a different test within a day or so of the blood test. This came back positive.
I have approached one day tests to ask for a refund. They are rude and insist the infection was caught between my blood test and the two days seeing my GP - despite being ill since June
I have sent one day results evidence that the infection existed many weeks before I took their test.
Now they don’t reply to messages or refund my money.
We are going to court now

For example we participate in the External Quality Assurance scheme which compares how well our testing method is running against all other National and International users, so we are 100% confident in our results, and our other customers agree.

The customer service was excellent. Booking an appointment was straightforward and I was shown in for my blood test as soon as I arrived. Dominika at the Hove clinic was friendly, very efficient and explained the procedure clearly. The results came through promptly and were easy to understand. I had a wonderful experience with the phlebotomist. The blood test was painless and took place in a friendly atmosphere. Nurse Dominika took care of every detail, explaining the entire process from blood collection to receiving the results. She was exceptional.
I sincerely recommend the clinic in Hove to anyone who wants a quick, professional blood test and the assurance that they are in good hands.

A service well worth using.
Courteous, efficient and kind service. As I was unable to do the finger prick blood test - with a different company, their information less than helpful. I went along to my local One Day tests, what a difference in service and information. I was seen immediately, made to feel welcome, all of my questions answered helpfully.
I would highly recommend this company.

Good professional, quick service
The test was done in a small compartment of a multiple occupancy floor/rooms. The lady who did the test was very friendly and v professional. She informed me that the bloods would be taken at 2pm. I got the results at approx 1am in the morning. Good service. It’s just not the results I was wanting thou and painful receiving them.
