I ordered products from Onedirect that would be delivered to my company. The delivery company was NACEX.
After a couple of weeks I had still not received the package. I contacted the support. The agent was very friendly and helpful, but after some investigation the situation became a bit more clear.
- The delivery company claimed to have delivered the package.
- The delivery company had a photo of a signature of my name, like acceptance of package reception
Obviously I haven't received any delivery.
- I haven't signed anything, moreover my name was misspelled on the signature
- The staff in the reception didn't recall any package delivery on that day, and tells me that the security camera logs didn't show any package delivery on the time the delivery company claimed to have delivered
- The staff in the reception of the building says they always sign with their own names, and put a stamp on the signature. No stamp was visible on the picure from the delivery company.
So here I am, a customer who haven't reveived the delivery, and Onedirect just tells me the explanations from the delivery company, and don't take any action for compensation or a new delivery.
Obviously the package has been lost somewhere along the line. Where? I don't know, but here the customer has to take the hit.
I would definitely not recommend anyone to order more expensive things from Onedirect.

Whenever I needed help with something at AV level, the team was always available and super quick to provide the requested material.

To order something was no problem, I asked for 24h delivery, but that didn't work well, it came later. They refunded me a part of the cost, after asking for it.
The product was good, but not what I expected, so within 14 days trial periode, I returned the product, without problems. The courier came to my house to pick up the package (nice). The only thing is that I paid almost 14 euro for 'sending it back and insurance'. And that's a bummer, it's no Amazon.
