Very helpful when I called in with questions. Trees looked good when we received them. Had planting instructions included.

plants I ordered were in excellent condition when they arrived. size of the plants were much larger than I thought they would be. had ordered similar plants from another company the prior year for near same price. those plants didn't compare in any way with the size and quality of the one green world plants

The pawpaw trees I ordered look great and are healthy. One little tree came in with a partial break due to shipping but has since recover.

Original, unusual plants, great selection, but the shipping dept sucks! I specifically requested a certain shipping week but got my plants 3-4 weeks later in late may, when most plants already leafed out and it was too hot to plant them.

Ordered 5 items two were missing ,finally after 4 days of repeated calling customer service returned my call.
Two weeks later missing figs came.
They were size of a number two pencil, disappointing !
in past purchases there were average 16"tall.
Apricot also extremely small, again nothing like past purchases
all 4 figs and apricot are still alive after 6 weeks

Bought Seaberry from them and the male plant is now 15ft tall. Great fruit from the females. Bought bamboo from them and in a zone 6 they have no problem. Bought chestnut this year and they are doing very well at the moment. Will buy from them again.

I ordered a large number of a myriad of different plants. This time it was cranberries, ligonberries , goji berries and seaberries (great sale on that one). All came in great shape well packed and in good health. All plants were quoted size or larger. 100% success rate in planting them in their new homes. I can't really speak to the customer service as I didn't need to contact them. I have ordered from them before, and wouldn't hesitate to order again. Very Satisfied with every order I have ever placed with them.

I had a trip scheduled in the middle of my delivery window, but One Green World called me to make aure that my order would arrive before I left. It arrived a couple of days before my trip and everything was very good quality! Easily the best quality of any of my online plant orders. Everything is doing well so far!

I ordered 8 Pawpaw trees and they were delivered at the perfect time for planting and were in great shape. I recently checked on them and all are leafed out nicely and growing well! Thanks

Shipping was extremely slow. The trees took two weeks to come by truck and were almost dead when they arrived. The trees were also smaller than indicated on the website. Please try a different shipping method and be more accurate with your descriptions. Thank you for offering a wide variety of fruit trees.

Ships bare root product when it is appropriate to plant. Site has a good selection of difficult to find plants. Customer service is excellent and very responsive. Will definitely purchase products from One Green World again.

Received a bare root peach tree in good condition.

Everything ordered was in great condition and arrived on schedule with the zone by zone shipping estimate.

The carefully packed, leafing out Autumn Rose peach tree arrived in excellent condition with no broken branches in early March. It had several blooms on it as well. Continuing rains in the Puget Sound area after planting caused moderate peach leaf curl damage, but it is now growing out new healthy leaves. Will use recommended spray regimens in upcoming year, as we do with our other curl-resistant peaches, as curl-resistant is not necessarily curl-proof.
