Nice company to work with. My Mason Bees had already hatched when i received them and it was too early to release. I was sent replacements and by the time i released them; only 1 hatched. Disappointing but it was probably due to the weather.

Very Good service, Good trees.

There is something wrong with the plants I purchased from you and I've called customer service at least twice a week since I purchased and your customer service line hasn't been open once. I called during your supposed operating hours. What's the deal?

Great selection of plants/trees. My 20 yr. old Cornelian Cherries and other trees are thriving so I ordered more this year as well as Goumis and Seaberries. They always arrive healthy and grow well for me in southeast Michigan.

Really nice trees, really late delivery.
Luckily we’ve had a cool wet spring, so hopefully the trees will come through ok.

Beautiful Trees. Ordered a different tree bundle (apple cider, paw paw and jujube) for each of my family members as a Christmas present. We live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and had snow on the ground up until the middle of May. I called in April to say hold off on delivery until the weather warned up. OGW was super accommodating. Just received the trees and they arrived in perfect condition. This is pretty amazing considering they were shipped from such a great distance. Will be ordering again next year.

The potted grapes were much nicer and a better value than I've gotten elsewhere.

Plant is healthy and growing well. Fully satisfied with purchase. Plant was well packaged and received in reasonable time.

Got the bush and planted the next day. So excited about watching it grow!

I placed two orders this year for plants, both potted and bare root. I also placed a couple of orders with another long established company. The plants from One Green World were far and away larger, healthier, and better packaged. Lovely plants - I am very impressed!

7 weeks. It’s was 7 weeks after I placed my order. At 3 weeks, I saw the notice on their website that orders were taking 5 weeks to ship. So I waited. At 5 weeks, the order status was some message that suggested it was being readied to ship— “ship now yellow”, I think it was. Ok! I thought we were getting closer. At 7 weeks, was a different cryptic status value - “shipping-orange”. I had had it. I called, and the rep said yes- the order was in final preparation and would be shipping within the week. Except... later the SAME DAY they cancelled my order, and refunded my credit card. it’s illegal to charge the card before shipping. So it seems pretty clear to me they were stringing me (and how many other customers) along for weeks!! Using our credit cards as their own line of credit. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I purchased a Goumi via the nursery's web portal. I received notification emails regarding shipment, and was also able to receive friendly and accurate order status via phone. My Goumi arrived in excellent condition and was obviously very healthy and well filled out. It was a tad top-heavy in its 1-3 gallon pot with a full canopy. However, it fared splendidly until I was able to transplant it. I am very pleased with my first experience with the nursery, and look forward to ordering from them in the future. At some point, I may even plan a road trip to Oregon and add the nursery as one of my shopping stops.

Excellent plant materials and knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff at their retail location. The bare root Quince tree I ordered online arrived in good condition, with plenty of warning of delivery time ... and it's doing great in the garden.

What a great experience! I ordered several sensitive trees (in pots) in late winter, they showed up right on time in early spring. They were amazingly well packaged, not a speck of damage, not even any loose dirt around the roots. They were all healthy, well-shaped specimens and leafed out beautifully.... save one, which was promptly and courteously replaced without question.
I'm extremely happy with my online experience with One Green World, and looking forward to getting many more great plants in the future.
