Sunglasses with scratches on the frame
Unfortunately the sunglasses had scratches on the frame. I complained and get a 10 % offer, which is rediculus. Or I should return them and place a new order. Which means, an other payment for shipping. The just gave me a free shipment coupon after I reclaimed that!
But to be fair, customer service was qucik and easy to use!
