Delivery etc ok but the quality of the t shirt was poor. Shame as I used to treasure my old o'neil t shirt. I suppose it's what they now try to avoid and they want you to keep buying new ones.

Poor quality products. I have always used oneill for snow clothing, however the quality of a recent purchase of ski jacket and sallupets we're inadequate. Items described as waterproof simply wasn't and customer services failed to respond in a suitable time frame and ignored the issue. I would like a refund as the products are not fit for purpose. Will take further with trading standards on this occasion.

Love O'Neill clothes. Always great quality and styles that I love. Delivery took a while which is disappointing considering you have to pay for it. Otherwise, great 👍

Still waiting for my order which was ordered 2 weeks ago!

Ordering straightforward and arrived quickly.
Very pleased with the ski trousers but they are a Christmas present and unfortunately it was only after I had ordered them that I realised they are not eligible for the extended return period so have had to let recipient try on thereby spoiling the 'surprise'

From selecting my purchases on the website through to delivery everything went smoothly. The two tops I bought were great and competively priced.

Unfortunately the womans L doesnt correspond to real size

You used Evri as the delivery courier, and they, as always, delivered the order somewhere else, and it still hasn't been located.
