Controlling OneLaunch
I am trying to stop OneLaunch from starting up when I turn on my computer. However, the instructions were difficult to find and they do not match what appears on the screen. I find OneLaunch to be counter-productive so I would like to stop it from appearing on startup but I do not want to delete it in case I may find a use for it later on.

I am not impressed. I loaded the software on my computer to find a manual for my Farberware French Door Toast Ovens 6-Slice 25 Liters Capacity. I just got sent to a site to buy one. NO MANUAL!

the download went great.. so well I did not know it was working.. I called support and while I was talking, it finished and I was so embarrassed.. I always have and always will use MacAfee.. The team responded fast and very polite and knowable..

Curious why VirusTotal thinks OneLaunch is suspicious
I'm curious why as of 05/24/2023. CrowdStrike and several entities on VirusTotal rates OneLaunch software as suspicious.
Multiple sources across Google shows that OneLaunch software is suspicious and there are numerous articles pertaining to the removal of the software which fits with unscrupulous software.

We currently have 1 Anti-Virus (Crowdstrike) out of 71 list OneLaunch as a concern on VirusTotal. We have attempted to contact Crowdstrike as this should be a false positive. We are curious as to why you think 1 out of 71 counts as "several entities"?! That's some curious math.
OneLaunch is NOT suspicious. OneLaunch is NOT unscruploous.

What went wrong my whole damned laptop.
First you piggybacked this savior program onto something I was trying to download, then it hijacked my chrome, and then screwed with the screen, all while sucking up my memory.
Constructive criticism - Ask before it loads GREAT BIG CAPITAL LETTERS. Don't piggy back it to something else, so you can slid it under the door.
Explain what it does.
Make it an easy uninstall IE: Do you want to keep it????
As it stands now with me I will NEVER install this software, and any software associated with the name one launch.
P.S. You wasted an hour of my life uninstalling this wonder program. So thank you ever so much!!

1) We absolutely don't touch or hijack your Chrome. Not sure what you mean there.
2) We require countless opportunities for install consent, and cancellation.
