Didn't Want - Just Popped Up
Took over my start page. I didn't know what happened to my Chrome. It took me a while to get it closed. The Close Window in the icon in the Task Bar would not close until the 4th or 5th attempt. I hate programs that sneak in and change my computer. There should be some law against that. Chrome does everything I want and is not intrusive.

I have found that when entering a…search item
I have found that when entering a search item, the program literally shows 2 pages or more of advertisements. I prefer to be able to look up information without constant advertisements that present themselves as the information I am searching for. I have tried it for a couple month and every day I run into this annoyance. I will be removing the program.

Just showed up on my computer, completely unasked for and taking up space. It was a jumble of garbage I have no use for. Uninstalled almost immediately.

Invasive software, possible security risk
I agree with another user, this app is taking over (or blocking) basic PC functions. Also, based on my experience and seemingly from other users here, the install ad is promising things that are just a websearch away.
My mother has been getting issues with ransomware sites popping up ever since she loaded OneLaunch. She loaded it because she was taken to a map website from a medical application she was using. I believe the map site was mapquest but I am not sure. Regardless, in getting to the map site she was offered onelaunch, she thought this was all part of her medical application so she installed.
I am not saying that OneLaunch is the source of the ransomware problem but the below problem appears to have been caused by OneLaunch. When I tried to run scans from Microsoft Defender the app would launch but no scans I chose would run. I uninstalled OneLaunch and immediately could run Defender Scans (I hadn't even rebooted yet.
So while I am no prepared to call this malware I am very suspicous of any software that is blocking my anti-virus and malware software.

-We don't take over anything on a user's PC.
-We don't block anything on a user's PC.
-We have zero association with ransomware.
-We have a robust Maps app for our users, if your Mother wanted Maps, we would help her get them. Not sure on the association to a medical application, that seems strange.
-We absolutely don't stop Windows Defender from running. Also strange.
We appreciate you not labeling us as malware. We couldn't be furher from it!

OneLaunch Did Not Do What it Said It Would Do
OneLaunch started up & did several things which I forbid any software to do without my permission. It immediately tried to take over my PC. I will be the sole entity that controls my PC. I found OneLaunch to be intrusive, & arrogant.
The only reason I installed OneLaunch was the promise of free manuals for my car. But when I entered the make & model for my car, it did a search on the Internet for the manual, which gave me a list of possible sources of the manual from other websites. There was no indication any of them having a free manual on them. One or more of the websites shown may have a free manual on it/them but it was not obvious to me that I was in no better position than I was before I installed it.
I did not install OneLaunch because I wanted a new better OS, or rather a launcher with better bells & whistles. OneLaunch should immediately stop promising something it doesn't have.
Also, when I ran OneLaunch I received notice from my antivirus software that OneLaunch was eliciting potential viruses to access my PC.
I really hate writing negative reviews. And I don't want to cause damage to anyone. Other users may see it as an application they would like to have installed. It is the users choice, after all. But they should know to be leery of OneLaunch's activities.

OneLaunch certainly does not "take over your PC". We are simply a desktop docked search app, that inlcudes a large list of apps, widgets, features, and a browser.
It's too bad you didn't find the manual you were looking for. It should have been there. Yes, we send our manuals querys to a Yahoo! results page, but it's been modified by our team to deliver PDF results specific to the manual you queried for. It should have been easy to find your manual in PDF format in the results.
OneLaunch is by no means an OS, we leave that up to Microsoft, but we strive to improve the experience you have on a Windows PC!
OneLaunch is not flagged by any major AV companies, not sure who you use.
All in all, apologies for your experience, and we will take a look at how to imrpove our Manuals App, and continue to improve OneLaunch overall!
