The customer service is quite seamless, especially their 90 day holding period which helps greatly in these troubled time. The fees are less too.

Site works well enough. I've gotten 90% of the products I ordered, shipping quite fast although expensive, but it's not foolproof. If a seller doesn't send the item, sends the wrong item or just doesn't ever ship the item out, then you're out of luck. No way to get a refund or even reach out to the seller. No way to leave a review so others know. Customer service is kind and prompt to reply, but they can't do anything about these issues. Overall pretty good, I like the extended storage time, but I don't love never knowing if I'm actually going to GET what I ordered.

Despite the international being expensive its still better than the us mercari jp. The shipping cost over all and pricing was amazing especially for the specific character merch im trying to get. Everything was price at least $10-20$ cheaper than the us mercari listing. I got everything I ordered and have no complaints!

The company has great coupon campaigns and they ship very quickly. The customer support, especially Olivia on the discord, is a true asset to this company and hope she gets recognized for that amazing customer service. Have ordered and shipped packages twice so far with two more coming up.

Be carful with this site - they have a hidden commision. When you add goods in the basket - you will see prices in USD not in JPY (they told "We currently only support payments in USD") . But these prices will be aprox 12% higher than price, calculated by real rate (you can compare with the "converted" prices on the other proxy-services). For example today, item, which costs 8000Yen, by "normal" exchange rate will cost aprox. 50.3USD, but by OneMall's rate will costs you 56.8USD! And above it you will pay all other comisions. Looks like it is most expensive and unfair proxy-service. I asked him about it (just though I don't understand something), but they prefer don't answer))) Please also notice that most of positive rewiev here - is accounts with only one rewiev... clear situation I think

OneMall just makes it easy. Easy step by step instructions and processes. Easy translation, easy searches, and easy payments. Not much more you can ask for from an up and coming proxy service.

OneMall is probably my favorite Japanese proxy site to shop, they have amazing products, and amazing prices, they have different options for shipping and their service is top notch, I highly recommend them.

The staff provide a WhatsApp service that really helps to answer any questions. I would also recommend that you use the WhatsApp service to get OneMall staff to message the seller first on your behalf before ordering. Some sellers on Yahoo Fleamarket and Mercari cancel orders after you have paid for without a reason, so it is best to get confirmation via OneMall prior to ordering as they can message the seller to get confirmation that the seller won’t cancel your order.

Love this service! APP is very easy to use. Can search multiple websites in one go. Often has vouchers. You can contact customer support via email if you have issues.
