We had an excellent experience with OneMove when relocating from Barcelona to London. From start to finish everything was handled perfectly.

They arrived on time to collect our belongings, were extremely professional, and packed everything carefully. When our things arrived in the UK, everything was in perfect condition, and they helped us move each item to exactly where we wanted it.

We had explained that it was very important for us to receive our belongings urgently, and they went above and beyond to prioritize our delivery. Darren personally delivered our things to make sure we received everything ahead of time.

What really stood out was the level of customer service. Darren was always accessible and spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering all my questions and patiently guiding me through the transfer of residence process and helping us understand what was needed to avoid unnecessary duty and taxes.

The pricing was also completely transparent and we were charged exactly what had been agreed upon with no unexpected additional costs.

Darren made the entire process smooth and straightforward and I cannot recommend his company highly enough.

Having been let down a few weeks before our move from one removals company, it was with some reticence and caution that we approached Darren and his team.
It was probably one of the best moves we made (🫣). Professional from start to finish. Darren was quietly patient and reassuring throughout the entire process, he offered good advice and always made us feel that he had us covered which is of great comfort especially whilst at the whim of solicitors, estate agents, bankers and buyers/sellers.
The movers themselves were prompt, efficient & friendly. We’d prepared everything before hand, all boxed up and in one room. They (all) took the stress to a much lower level on the day.
I’d recommend them highly and when we move again (hopefully not too soon) I will definitely be calling Darren.
One thing to note is that Darren takes everything on board, if is not able to contact you back straight away you can be sure (in my experience) he is ensuring everything he’s discussed is taking place and runs smoothly.

Fantastic service end-to-end. Darren responded quickly to my enquiries and arranged our move at short notice and at very reasonable price. He was brilliant at communicating all the arrangements. The mover David and his mate in my local area(s) moved our things quickly and efficiently. They kept in touch with us at every stage and were very pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the total service. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for moving anything, big or small.

Darren and his colleague arrived promptly. They both showed professionalism, respect and care for property and items throughout move.

The guys did a great job. Coordination from Darren was great and the team that arrived worked hard from start to finish - we had a good few laughs along the way, which was nice on what can be quite a stressful day (move day)! Thank you!

Darren made the process smooth and simple. We had no experience of Onemove House Removals and all dealings were either over the phone, email or whatsapp. We were slightly anxious all would be well but we needn't have worried. On the day of the move the removal gentleman were efficient, amenable and took great care with all our possessions, loading up and unloading. Very competitive price compared to other companies. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Our international move was stress free; vans changed at the last minute to suit our hilly mountain roads;customs dealt with flawlessly; delivery to storage facility organised without our presence and all at one of the most reasonable prices of all the quotes we got. I contacted this company for a quote for moving a desk attached to a bookshelf. I found them to be very responsive and helpful. The quote was reasonable too. On the day of the furniture moving I received a prompt time estimate and the chaps that collected and delivered my item were very helpful and professional. I will be using them again whenever I need furniture removals and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Darren and team.

From my first phone call to arrange our house move with Darren our removal coordinater then Tyler and Kai the removal guys arriving.
Firstly Informing me they were on there way we received a very professional service. Very polite, treated our belongings with care and consideration

I would give 0 if I could. Awful experience.

We got a quote from Darren for moving just under 3 weeks ahead of when we needed. Booked in and everything confirmed.

Day before move we hadn’t heard anything so got in touch to check all going ahead. Was told they’d be with us ‘just after our booked time’. Fine

Morning of move, not showed up or contacted 30mins after booked time. We knew Darren had said just after so thought they’d be on their way, but called to get a rough eta. Darren answered the phone and seemed to have no idea who we were at first.

Was told moving van wouldn’t be there until after midday (we’d book for 10am). When we argued about this, given we had booked specifically, we were told ‘I didn’t realise you needed exactitudes’. Whenever we tried to get a time off Darren he just kept saying ‘I can’t give an exactitude’. Just kept going round in circles not giving answers.

I will admit; I got quite angry and snapped at him assuming we were being scammed. I did then phone back and apologise, and he said the van would be with us in 10 minutes.

Moving van turned up. Not the size we needed. Turns out Darren had only contacted them at around 4.30/5pm the day before (moving man showed me his call log), to say he had seen his company online and wondering if he could squeeze us in. We’d contacted nearly 3 weeks prior to book and he’d left it until less than 24hrs the day before.

Also got told he’d charged us much more than the moving man would.

Now to be fair we didn’t realise all he did was search Facebook at the last minute for a local company. We could have just done that ourselves and advise anyone thinking of using to do that.

Horrendous experience. Would not use and definitely would not recommend.

Spoke with Darren initially who asked questions to determine what I needed then took into account my circumstances and the best thing for me. He recommended a half day move which was arranged with good communication. Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of his control it was delayed to the following morning but he kept me up to date, arranged a weekend move out of the norm and offered appropriate recompense. His team, Tyler and Pete, turned up exactly on time, were friendly, quick and efficient and took care with my belongings. They worked hard to make sure they were within the half day booking so as not to cost me any extra by overrunning. I can't recommend them enough. Well done guys

Can't thank Darren and his team enough for their help yesterday. Darren arranged for a team to come and move our things (3 bedroom house) and place them in storage at very very short notice. Highly recommend.

Having had a very poor experience last week with a local removal company - I wanted someone who would care, be interested, have a clean van, take care of my stuff, communicate clearly and have high standards- Darren exceeded my expectations.
In addition to the list of qualities above - he was flexible, fun (and professional), took care of small details, understood what I wanted and COMPLETELY delivered.
