THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT 3 WEEKS AGO I WON A DISPUTE FOR $56.80 I ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN SEND IT THROUGH MY LINKED BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE I CAN STILL LOG IN AND SEE EVERYTHING AND THEY'RE TELLING ME NO I'LL GET IT BY CHECK IN 14 DAYS SO THEY JUST CAN'T CLICK IT AND SEND IT OVER THEY NEED TO MAKE SOMEBODY WAIT 14 DAYS AND YOU WONDER WHY YOU GOT BAD REVIEWS AND YOU WONDER WHY NOBODY WANTS TO BANK WITH YOU DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY'LL JUST CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT WANTING WITHOUT TALKING TO YOU AND THEN THEY'LL PUNISH YOU AND MAKE YOU WAIT 14 DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF A DAY OR TWO WHEN THEY CAN TRANSFER

Terrible Website Experience

This is one of the worst websites I've ever tried to navigate. I only got the credit card because it offers 5% back for walmart online. Over an hour clicking buttons on the website just to transfer the money in my "spend" account to my new credit card. wtf is a "spend" account versus a "savings" account? Finally, after just clicking around randomly hoping to find the correct place to actually transfer the money, I stumbled into it. I doubt that I will ever be able to find that page again which is okay because I don't intend to ever deposit any money into any sort of onepay account.

With that nightmare behind me, I needed to put my reward points onto my credit card. Holy **** that is not an easy thing to do. I managed to accomplish it but am not looking forward to having to do it again to get the 5% back.

Next, it was time to link my bank's checking account so I could pay my monthly bill. Yikes! wtf is a plaid and who would ever be stupid enough to give their checking account information to a third party when simply attempting to establish a way to pay their credit card bill?

I closed that window and somehow (I doubt I'd ever be able to do it again) got onto a normal type way of just giving my routing number and account number. I don't really know how that magic happened but, a penny (yup, I somehow ended up earning a penny for all this aggravation) was deposited into my checking to verify that it is my account.

Only because 5% is to tempting to give up, I'm keeping the credit card. But, seriously, work on your website!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. When you call they barely speak English and do not help at all. They are completely clueless when it comes to offers and promotions OnePay sends in the app like for cash back for gas

Finally got back to me

Update: I got an email stating that a check for the rest of the money was comming. I did receive my money so they did make the situation right and I am grateful to them for that.

Closed my account they were supposed to send me check for what was left they sent the change a whole 48 cents but not dollar amount that just magically disappeared and good luck trying to actually talk to someone .

Onepay is a joke...CONSTANT pushing you…

Onepay is a joke...CONSTANT pushing you to refer friends and they will pay you. They never pay you and when you send an email or try to contact them you get an error message. If you do get through then they tell you that they have fixed the problem, that you should see your payment in 7 to 10 business days but it never comes.

Don’t recommend Walmart Synchony Bank

Never got card after 2 requests

Keep getting payment denied.

Deceitful, they will claim you can get an advance and overdraft protection then when you pay it back theirs no option anymore.

Lost international wire transfer

Again and again I supposed to receive 3 international wire Tuesday ,I received 1 wire Wednesday and nothing for the 2 others wires.
I call 5 times a day everyday spoke to supervisor and they promised to help nothing yet!
I am a single mother my husband passed away and I have a young daughter I am asking them yesterday please 🙏 to send me a temporary credit they said we’re waiting for the wire department.
There is no wire department in One pay.
I need help and with go to court for that.
I will see my attorney today.
Friday was my last day to pay my house.
My daughter and I we’re worried.
I know 1 good professional agent name Sahil he helps me couples days ago to get finally my credit card and I was waiting my credit card 2 months after order.
TERRIBLE 😢.

Quick and easy

Quick and easy. Multiple options for repayment with reasonable interest charges. What more could you ask for.
I especially like to use it when I find a great deal but a little low on funds.

am writing to express my extreme…

am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent restriction placed on my account. I have a large amount of money in this account that I need to use for bills, yet I am currently unable to transfer my own funds to my bank account.??. Because they felt like restricted my account over $300 transfer

I called to resolve this issue and was told that my case would be escalated and that I would hear back in 5 to 7 business days. This is completely unacceptable. It is my money and my account, and I have already called to verify my identity. Being told I have to wait over a week to access my funds is a major concern.

I was requesting that they resolve this restriction immediately. This APP “one pay” is extremely unreliable and has caused me significant stress. I look forward to your prompt response and the immediate restoration of my account access.!. get it together!
Don’t screw people over like this
This is very unprofessional and insane

I was very happy with the service at first I’m not gonna lie. I was ecstatic. I was able to use it get points cashback stuff like that etc. and then this has to happen… most definitely ruined my trust in any type of app if it’s not the bank now
