Made me go through some verification process in which I had to send a picture of my ID and credit card just to tell me they were out of stock of the game I wanted.

First, I tried to pay with Paypal and it didn't work. Got stuck every time with the message: "The payment wil now initiate in another window. If this window does not open automatically, Click here".

Second, I paid with card and my order was flagged for fraud and got declined. This is new to me since I buy all the time from other online stores without any problems.

My advice is to stay away from OnePlay.com if you don't want to hassle with bad payments.

I ordered one years membership of Xbox Live Gold. I chose OnePlay as they seemed cheaper than any other store available.

However to my surprise, i first received a 3% discount coupon, then proceeded and then received a new 10% discount coupon, to use instead.
The buying process was easy and fast. Redeeming the serial in the userpanel was effective and intuitive as well (even tho i had some issues ending up on some error, as it thought i wasn't logged on, even tho i was). Nothing bad to say otherwise.

In comparison, i could find the membership from other stores, for about 440 (DKK), and the finalised price at OnePlay was 289 (DKK). Definitely worth a return.

I ordered the command and conquer pack, very cheaply, and received confirmation at once, and the serial for the game pack at most 5 minutes later.

The only thing I that annoyed me a little, was that i couldn't put two of the same game in the basket - I wanted a second copy for my girlfriend, but that's impossible in one go.

Got selected for a random check, sent the documents asked, it was quick enough to get back to me (a few hours at most). Other than that, everything went smooth.

Had a question regarding a purchase of a game. Got help immediately and got the game 2 min later.
10/10 would use again.

I pressed pay and 2 minuttes later I was downloading the game :D

So simple and easy

2 weeks delivery time because the game was out of stock - without any note one the product page. Very frustrating.

Purchased a copy of WoW legion that didn't say any region, normally means US. Turned out it was EU. Contacted them and I was told to hold on while they changed their website to say Europe only and tell me it's been there the whole time. Was called a liar and offered no refund. Will never use again.

I got my DLC quick and easy, sign up was also simple and straightforward.

I understand that sometimes verification is needed, but It took nearly 12 hours for me to receive my key after payment. When I asked to cancel the order before they sent the key -because, I know I'm impatient, but I wanted to download and play the game when I bought it, not the next day - my request was ignored. When oneplay's office is closed (they are only open from 10-4, Denmark Time) you can't get any customer service, and if your order needs verification you are out of luck. Overall would not order from here again.

Cheaper than Steam but still not the cheapest out there. But they have a very nice customer service & very good delivery. 2 thumbs up! :)

Bought the Division and have not received after hours of waiting, despite it saying "instant delivery". No customer support on weekends. Overall a terrible experience only made worse by the fact that there seems to be no refund policies.

Placed the order on a Saturday, didn't get a key. Sent an email to support, which went unanswered until Monday. (So called "Instant delivery".) Tried to check the FAQ, website doesn't work:

Bad gateway."

Eventually customer support replied, asking me to send them a picture of my ID and my debit card, even though I asked them to cancel my order. So now, I'm not getting my order cancelled or delivered, but they still charged me a dollar, so they know my card is legit. I sure as hell am not going to send someone my ID and debit card in an email, I'm not out looking to get my identity stolen.

All in all, I've been scammed for a dollar (I know it's just a dollar, but it's about the principle here, not the amount), got nothing in return. My only recommendation is to steer clear and visit a different website.

Trying to check out using paypal and it just doesn't work at all.. click checkout and this 'OnePlay Ap' screen opens with two buttons: 'cancel' or 'save card information'... neither of them do anything, what am I supposed to do?

UPDATE: OnePlay have asked that I try using my credit card in stead. I already did exactly that and now they've emailed me saying they want a scanned copy of my PHOTO ID and CREDIT CARD before they process my payment! I have NEVER had so much trouble trying to give somebody my money! I am downgrading my TrustPilot rating from two starts to one star.

It took less then a minute for me to get the game after I paid, absolutely brilliant. On that basis I can absolutely advice people to buy from here.

HOWEVER, I really hated the account creation process. It didn't allow me any other choices then creating a premium account, which is free the first 7 days and then costs money monthly. I dislike this on principle, I don't want to be forced to have a premium account, not even when it's free the first 7 days. It was quite a bit a hassle to create the account as well.

Would rate it 5/5 if the account creation had gone more smoothly and without forced premium account.

edit: oneplay states it is possible to create account without premium. No such function worked when I ordered 17.03.2016 at around 13:00 CET+1.
