I have bought games there 3 times now and it just works great. I highly reccomend OnePlay.com for buying games at reasonable prices.

I ordered a game through One Play a week ago. Never showed up. They said 2 to 6 days.

Ordered Fifa 16 from OnePlay.com, and received the product key seconds after the order was completed - registered the game with Origin, and everything worked - just perfect!

First thing i got from OnePlay was the expansion for D3, to try out the site and it was cheap.
Few minuttes after payment, i got the code and it worked, no problems

2nd thing i bought was a xbox gold membership, it was just as easy, got the code right after payment and it worked too!
Of course gotta keep an eye out if its an item they have in store or not and if its pre order etc...

All in all, a good site with nice discounts!

I bought a code for Assasins Creed Unity earlier this day - around 1 pm GMT+1 and now its 9 hours later and I've still to recieve a code - furthermore the reciept reads 0.- billed my order is still waiting for verification ( though it has started )

EDIT: after a few months and some more games ordered from the company I can now see that it was pretty much a single drop in the ocean I met - so upgraded from 3 to 5 stars.

Bought CS:GO for 80 DKK - with a -5% coupon. Was a bit confused whether I had placed my order correctly and signed with the right E-mail, so I was happy to see, that all my data was stored on their site aswell. Press account-something, viewed my orders, my CD-key was right there.

5/5 from here - definately checking the site out next time I buy aswell.

it was not instant delivery, but the product was fine in the end.

I purchased Starcraft II: Legacy of the Void at 7:46pm CET on the 15th of August and currently as of this review, I still have not received my game despite it being an online code. I emailed them at approximately 9:00am today, the 16th to find out if there is any information regarding my order, and currently at 1:43pm CET, I still have received no information on anything whatsoever. Saving 2-3 euros was definitely not worth it, not with the way this company handles purchases.

Customer support responded with strange information about the games release date(despite the game not even having a release date yet). Simply put, I have sent them an email in order to cancel my order. Terrible service.

The title says it all.

Ordered 2 games Company of heroes 2 + DLC Ardennes Assult, Works without problems and it took about 5 minutes to complete the whole thing.

I've used them a few times, and all but one of them went without any problems. But once I contacted support regarding my problem (which was a DLC key that didn't work), we solved it and all was good.

I have been using OnePlay since 2013 and so far bought 16 titles, and every time the price has been great, and delivery happened mostly within a few minutes.

I tried to purchase GTA V (PC) and intended to pay using paypal but no payment window pops up, I find the line that says

"The payment wil now initiate in another window, If this window does not open automatically, Click here"

I try pressing "here", doesn't work so I try to press the button further down a voila a payment screen but they seem to charge 1 dollar to use paypal,

even after paying this paypal doesn't work

so is there a reason why paypal only works when charging the 1 dollar and not when I try to purchase the game?

I just bought a game, and I got the game right away

I last bought and payd from them 9 months ago, now they suddenly make a transaction to my Paypal account, even tho i stopped all activities with them 9 months ago...

The prices are fantastic,got my game faster than i could refresh the page, there really just is not alot to say about OnePlay. My go to shopping site for sure now.

1st: the preorder key did not come before the release date. i only got the key after i contacted the customer support again. so technically it was not a preorder!

2nd: it was supposed to be a steam key but i got a gog key

3nd: did not offer any good compensation for all the inconvenience

Good prices, and usually fast delivery, except the first time

In March last year, I got an offer for a year of VIP service for 99kr. I wanted more information, so I pressed "Continue" on the site, after which the site purchased the subscription for me. This was not supposed to happen (I first wanted more info), so I wrote to them directly that I wanted out of the subscription.

They answered me I had to cancel my subscription online, which I never did, since it is normal customer service to be able to unsubscribe through email.

This year, I got an email where they thanked me for subscribing for another year and they pulled 130kr from my account. I directly wrote them that I emailed them last year asking to unsubscribe, after which the customer "service" employee told me they wrote me I had to do it through their website.

Important note: I hadn't used their service for almost year before my first purchase of the VIP service and haven't used the VIP service even once in the active year.

I had to try all my email addresses when logging in, since I just simply didn't remember my login info. When I finally found the right one, I had to try passwords. When I finally found the right one, I could log in and cancel my subscription. How much easier it had been if they had canceled it for me in March 2014!

I told them through an email I thought it was very bad customer service to tell a user to log in and unsubscribe, after which I get an incredibly rude email from [name] saying "So it is bad customer service that we have advised you where to cancel your subscription?" and nothing more.

I was a customer from the beginning, told a lot of friends in the Netherlands about it since it was a service not offered there, but they have gotten too much "for the money" and not "for the gamer", since they apparently really have trouble understanding their customers.

I have now unsubscribed and they will never see me as a customer again.

Further to my previous review:
Ordered three mystery Steam keys from Oneplay. Witin a minute I had my keys and was able to redeem them on Steam.

Another perfect and painless experience.

Previous feedback:
I have used One Play previously and had no reservation in doing so again. I have recommended it to others including family and friends and happily promote it. My purchase went smoothly and my code was emailed very promptly.
