Fast efficient service and resolved my issue swiftly

Email confirming car insurance cover was accepted never arrived, still hasn't...
Had to chase it via chat, it has been accepted just not communicated to me.

Live chat with EW2, although unable assist with specific query, was provided link to alternative source.

I was on the chat with Paige AA4 .Got a good revised price after I was quoted less elsewhere. The chat did take an hour, which was a slow process, but all the necessary information was provided and i was happy with the service overall

I am still waiting for my policy to come through can somebody reassure me please

Has to be 3 max, the only reason they get a 3 is the person who was on the portal it said her name was Caitlin co4, well still had 10 months on the policy and it was only for 120£ to begin with but they charged 60£ to cancel it and you don’t even get a chance to talk to anyone it’s the chat line or nothing(it keeps the costs down) or profits up one of them. won’t be going back(ever) seriously sort out a better system for your customers 62 mins from start to finish, every time I sent a message I waited anything from 3 mins to 6 mins for a reply because she was dealing with others while dealing with me, not her fault doing what she is paid to do, stay away take your money for very little input. Old man grumble over

Was really worried as I have never used just online Insurence, I like to be able to talk verbally to a person, but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was, the wait for an agent was long and I was 24 in the que, otherwise I couldn't fault it and the problem I had was sorted with less than 5 mins, really surprised

Live chat function is terrible and they ask for information you already provided to log in.
It is not as good as dealing with someone on the phone. Hopeless

Avoid this insurance company at all costs – appalling customer service

I took out my car insurance on 23 January 2026 and sold the vehicle on 13 August 2026. Despite having around four months of the policy remaining, I received no refund whatsoever for the unused period.

What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. There is no option to speak to an actual representative. You are left dealing with chatbots that are completely useless when you have a genuine issue that requires a straightforward answer.

Paying for insurance is one thing, but when you cancel because you have sold the vehicle, you expect to be dealt with fairly and transparently. Instead, I have been left extremely disappointed with both the financial outcome and the complete lack of meaningful customer service.

I will NEVER use this company again and would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.

One star only because Trustpilot requires me to give at least one.

Very helpful & efficient

Used the online chat, a bit of a wait but could see where I was in the waiting area….. once connected the agent sorted the query, gave me a new quote which was less than the renewal price, so happy with that, and it was all sorted within 35 mins.

Easy to renew even for an internet novice, & there was evn someone to talk to
