Unreliable platform and unfair trading conditions
I have been trading with OneRoyal for 6 months, and my experience has been disappointing.
The platform often freezes during critical market moments, causing serious trading problems. There are clear issues with order execution, especially pending orders, which are not accurate and sometimes open or close unexpectedly.
Trading Gold (XAUUSD) is extremely expensive — around $50 per 0.01 lot, while many newer brokers offer about $10 per 0.01 lot.
Due to platform instability, poor execution, and very high costs, I do not recommend this broker

The leverage of 1.1000 was changed…manipulation
The leverage of 1.1000 was changed without any explanation. Even when I contacted customer service, they told me it was an internal procedure regarding metal leverage. This has negatively impacted my account because I couldn't open multiple trades as usual, and my account was on the verge of losses. When I contacted customer service again, they said they sent an email to clients before the market closed on Friday, but I didn't receive anything. If you truly care about your clients, as you claim, and this is supposedly a measure to protect them from financial fluctuations, then you shouldn't offer high leverage in the first place. Or perhaps you don't want clients to capitalize on these fluctuations to generate profits. Clients are free to use whatever leverage they want, and if you can't cover profits, you should just close down. I'm attaching the email now because I asked customer service to resend it since I didn't receive anything. Thank you.

When I place a buy or sell order, it's executed regardless of the spread. The spread is fine, but when I place a buy order, it's activated above the spread.
