I can't change my account password because I haven't received a code via email for three days, and support is still not responding. The intermediary is terrible, and the assistants are unprofessional... a complete disaster.

service is fine except that the VPS/Server sometimes gets too slow updating the chart. I thought it was the problem of my internet, but i checked it for several times compared to other brokers and the problem happened only at OneRoyal

Platform works but verification took 48 hours which felt long. Some competitors do it in a few hours. Once verified tho everything's been good. Just wish that first step was faster
