Stay away from this company. Customer service is disgusting, there were errors in their portal and won’t edit the order for us. No confirmation was sent to us but only the proforma invoice, now we have to pay for the service that we don’t need.
Appalling service - do not use. We ordered PCR tests to arrive before we returned from travel - 4 days after our return they are STILL not here and we are stuck in the house and kids not at school. They do not reply to emails and took 2 days to even give a response after hours of phone calls.

The only thing it is useful for is to get the code for the passenger locator form.
