Yet another great deliver. I do find it frustrating that the fresh chillies i want don't come back in stock for such a long time but everything else is brilliant.

Mouldy fresh chillies

I ordered fresh chillies (scotch bonnet and fire flame) that were mouldy and unsuable within a week. I stored them in a cool (about 8degC) dry integral garage. I gave feedback requesting some compensation or exchange, but the reply was that i should have kept them in the fridge. I have ordered the same once in the past with no issues at all. Very dissapointed.

Scammers

This seems to be a reoccurring issue. Made an order in November, had WhatsApp messages, and emails to say they were green, or didn't have any......excuses. More like you should limit how much you sell if you can't fullfill orders especially when running offers. I even agreed to swap one for another. To make it worst we've received numerous emails advertising the out of stock chillies and even an email to reorder my unfulfilled order. I've emailed and was told I would receive my my chillies which were meant as christmas presents on Saturday. I'm still waiting. Even lied about the last day to order their promo emails said the 19th. Why take orders and advertise but don’t fulfill. I shouldn't have to chase multiple times. 0/10 😡😡😡😤😤😤😑😑

Shocking experience

I ordered on the 19th of November it's now the 20th December.. The product was shown as in stock and I was allowed to order the Chilli's
Over a month later I have no idea what is going on. Customer service is patchy at best. I was told that the chillis I ordered were too green to be sent out. Eventually I was sent an email Saying the original chillis I ordered we're too green to send out and I could have 2kg of Habenero instead. I acknowledged this email accepting the replacement. I have not recieved any chillis the 2 since emails I have sent have gone unanswered.
I guess I'll have to reach out to my card provider to file a complaint.
The Christmas presents I was going to make for my friends and family will not happen this year thanks to this lot!
I'm glad I'm not a business relying on The None stock chilli shop.

***Here's a an update. I got in touch with the OSCS and asked them to sort the replacement or give me a refund. I was contacted the same Night and told I would receive the replacement on the 24th. Now! I accepted a replacement on the 13th of December 2kg of yellow Habenero to replace 1 kg of yellow Moruga Scorpion.
What I actually got was completely different again. 1.2kg of what I think are mainly Carolina Reaper and may be the odd Bhut Jolokia. I'm not sure they look that great but maybe that's just the way they come. (I'm aware they are wrinkly)The stalks look old and dull and I might be completely wrong and I apologise if I am but it just feels like I've got the last of some stock that was knocking around.
The upshot is I doubt I'll use OSCS again which is sad as the concept is great. I just don't think they can cope.

Terrible company avoid!

This company should be avoided at all costs! Totally lied to me during the whole process. Firstly advertised chilli’s as in stock when they weren’t, so order was delayed. Didn’t have the decency to inform me of this had to call them myself. Then got a marketing email saying the chilli’s were back in stock so rang again to be told my order had gone out that day. Got a message from DPD saying they were waiting for my order but this remained the same the next day with no delivery. Contacted them again and was told that my order hadn’t gone out because the chilli’s were too ‘green’ even though they had already told me my order had gone out the previous day! I was then asked if I would like a refund for the missing chilli’s or 2kg of another variety which I had already purchased 500g of in the order. I chose the refund because I don’t have anywhere to store that amount of chilli’s. Haven’t recieved the refund but finally received my order today with 2.5 kg of the chilli that I said I didn’t want! Also bought a set of 4 purées and 2 of them aren’t the same as what I ordered. I recommend avoiding this company, I certainly won’t be buying from them again.

Service has gone completely downhill

I have ordered numerous times from the company. Initially it was very good but, over time it has deteriorated worryingly. When orders first started taking ages, you could always get a response from the company. However, the most recent order means I will never use the company again. The order never arrived and, when I chased I was told it had been sent to a DPD pick up point (although I never got any communication about this). The sauces were then sent but, despite getting an email saying the fresh chillies had been dispatched, they never arrived. I sent three emails to the company, all of which have been ignored. I have left a phone message which has been ignored as well. I have paid for items that I have not got. This has all the hallmarks of a company on its last legs and about to go under. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to be very careful.

Product did not arrive after 2 weeks…

Product did not arrive after 2 weeks waiting. They responded to my first 2 emails promising to send my order immediately. They did not send it and then stopped replying to my emails. Fortunately I had paid with PayPal so got an immediate refund through them. A total waste of time dealing with an incompetent company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolutely incompetent company

Placed an order to be delivered to my home address. It was delivered to a random DPD pick up address - a known issue with their website which they haven’t addressed. Apparently one of the items I ordered was out of stock, so their website is inaccurate. Had no information about this in advance to ask if I still wanted the order or wanted a replacement item. Also had NO REFUND on the out of stock item, and am now having to chase this. Their phone line isn’t monitored, emails take days to be replied to. They just aren’t capable of running a business effectively it seems and should just stick to making the sauces and letting more effective businesses deal with direct selling to private customers.

Super-fresh Scotch Bonnets

Super-fresh scotch bonnets delivered as expected and promised. I ordered 1kg and this was 109 bonnets of various sizes. I had no waste at all, at worst there were a few minor blemishes. All of the bonnets had stalks trimmed closely.

Still to try out some of the other products within the order, but it all looks good stuff.

Everything was well packed in card based packaging. Outer box was closely sealed, but breathable. The bonnets were loose in the outer box, which was quite a spectacular reveal on opening!

Customer service was excellent and responses quick. I was contacted after ordering regarding an item that was out of stock and was immediately refunded. There are some bad reviews regarding service here on Trustpilot, which is completely at odds with my experience.

If my body survives the spice, I won't be hesitating to order again.

Great products, poor experience

Love the products but can't rely on delivery.
Weeks go by with no email update and no delivery.
Had to chase last time and was given delivery promises that weren't kept. Been waiting a fortnight this time and can't be bothered to chase.
Real shame as I will now have to find alternative supplier who values their customers.

Placed an order on the 12th November, no goods received by early December, so made 3 email requests for an update. Promised goods would be dispatched, still nothing so requested a refund, email went unanswered. Raised a disputed transaction with my card provider. Caution ⚠️
Credit where credit is due. Following the above review, I received an email within in a couple of hours, and an apology and explanation as to why my last email hadn’t been responded to. Goods delivered today with a complimentary pot of sauce. 3 🌟

GDPR breach

Having only browsed this companies site, I received an offensively worded e-mail as follow-up when I did not place an order.
I contacted them and asked to be removed from their database, a request they acknowledged. Since then I have received two further e-mails (one being the same offensively worded one) in breach of GDPR.
I do not have any faith in this company to manage my data, and now wish I had read the negative comments on TrustPilot before visiting their site.

Order there jalapeño chilli mustard and Carolina reaper mayo on Sunday afternoon, arrived Wednesday perfectly wrapped and tried both and must say they are both very very good and hot, have recommended to friends and will definitely buy from these guys again!

If I could give them zero stars I would...
Ordered chillies and told they would be shipped 2 days later. Nothing after nearly 2 weeks. Contacted them and they said they were out of stock. So why have them in stock on the website. No communication from them at all. At all times I had to initiate contact. They offered a replacement which would be shipped 2 days later. Once again, no communication after a week, then they said they would be shipped the following week. I asked them to cancel my order. No communication that the order had been cancelled so I have to contact them again. There is a running theme here. Still, they took another payment for my order. This company is absolutely terrible with customer service and general business practices.

Fresh chillies that ferment in the box

Would have given it no stars but that wasn't an option. You can only order what's in stock and that normally is only 30% of their total stock so the menu is restricted so to speak, so you would think that when you order that which is in stock you would receive it quite quickly... You don't, 2 weeks until I received mine and I have order many times, 12 times in fact 4 of which were poor. The last order and the last I will be placing arrived 2 and a half weeks late when received 50% of the fresh chillies, which is all I order, were rotten, after complaining they said they would stand by their code of practice and resend me the delivery free of charge... Well I'm still waiting and it's now 5 weeks so, so much for that. They also used a delivery service that doesn't deliver weekends and when fresh foods are involved I would have thought that very important and the fact that it was delivered to the wrong address. All in all a highly disorganised company that has no idea of customer care or satisfaction, a deceitful and atrocious service and a business in my opinion that shouldn't be in business. Order at your own risk for I never will.

Poor Service

I placed an order on the 15th August. Simply just for some fresh chillis.

I have since chased this company twice in this time and had no details on my order or any expected delivery date.

No one responds to emails or answers the phone.

I will now be getting in touch with my bank to dispute the payment.

Avoid this company!

I ordered on the 9th August for an in stock item, got email a few days later saying it had been shipped then a bit later the shipping was cancelled, no explanation. Customer service do not respond to emails and cannot get through to them on phone, its been over 2 weeks and no update, no delivery and no refund. Think they have stolen my money. I would not order from this site.

Never sent my order

I ordered from them on 9/8/24, they apparently shipped my order on 16/8/24 but the same day I got an email from DPD saying that my order had been cancelled. When I messaged their customer support they just advertised their shop and ignored my request which I made a week ago. None of their staff answer their customer support phone. Terrible company, fails at everything an eCommerce site needs to do.
