Poor Service
I placed an order on the 15th August. Simply just for some fresh chillis.
I have since chased this company twice in this time and had no details on my order or any expected delivery date.
No one responds to emails or answers the phone.
I will now be getting in touch with my bank to dispute the payment.
Avoid this company!

I ordered on the 9th August for an in stock item, got email a few days later saying it had been shipped then a bit later the shipping was cancelled, no explanation. Customer service do not respond to emails and cannot get through to them on phone, its been over 2 weeks and no update, no delivery and no refund. Think they have stolen my money. I would not order from this site.

Never sent my order
I ordered from them on 9/8/24, they apparently shipped my order on 16/8/24 but the same day I got an email from DPD saying that my order had been cancelled. When I messaged their customer support they just advertised their shop and ignored my request which I made a week ago. None of their staff answer their customer support phone. Terrible company, fails at everything an eCommerce site needs to do.

I didn't get my parcel as the shipping told me "Sorry, your parcel can no longer be delivered, please contact Chilli mash Company Ltd for further details". I have try to email them but didn't get any reply. I would like to request a refound. Please
Update: I got replied email the company refund my order. On email said I will get money back in 2-3 days. Thank you.

Products not as advertised
Ordered their Fresh Red Fireflame chillies.
Their website states they are 30,000 - 50,000 on the scoville rating.
They arrived last week and I tried them this evening and they are nowhere near as hot as even a jalapeño which is only meant to be 4,000 to 8,500 on the scoville rating.
Emailed to request a return and was told they don't accept returns - no apology - no offer of a refund - I won't be using them again.

I love this shop! Easy to see what's on offer on the website, easy to order, quick to arrive and everything I've had so far is amazing! The packaging is really good too. Ordered something the other day, received a dispatch email a few hours later and though "oh yeah? but surely enough it arrived next day! I wish I'd known about this place earlier.
