Great customer service.
My wildlife camera had to be returned because it no longer stored any recordings, it turned out to be the SD card I bought for it failed, the shop diagnosed the fault by using one of their own SD cards, not only that they sent the camera back including the SD card they used at no cost to me. Stunning, there cannot be many companies out there who would of done that.
