Chris Sutton has been a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, fast and efficient. He assisted me with the change over to a new MID system that was required by our underwriter and ensured that I was up and running before the end of the call and provided me some important info in how to maintain my account

Dont use this company not a proper insurance they just charge you whatever they want and expect you to pay FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE DONT BOTHER WITH THESE COWBOYS

Spoken with one sure today to make some amendments to my policy was speaking with advisor Thomas Carter who help me through the whole process.

The lady who handled my call today, Rachel, who handled my call today was very polite, professional and easy to understand. Whilst i was on hold she also kept re-connecting to me to let me know what was happening. Rather than just leaving me on hold wondering what was happening. Please say thank you to Rachel for helping me.

Gave a call to chase up an update and Thomas carter was a star helped me get the refund. And adjust the policy with in 30 minutes something that I had been waiting for 2 days he managed to do it in 30 minutes very helpful

Take my all details for motor trade insurance then they says will call me within 48 hours.no one call me . 5 days , i called they says still waiting and they will call me . Not helpful

I must say I had to contact one sure today as I have had to finish work due to ill health, I connected to Rachel and what a lady, she was kind considerate and none judgemental, she had a lovely soft careing Manor about her, and very helpful, 5 star young lady

One Sure are excellent! They are straight to the point, accurate and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is explained and clear- from setting up to amending my policy. Any updates or suggestions are queried with me first so no hidden fees or surprises.

I’ve spoken to Advisor Tom Carter several times and he is amazing- always extremely polite, calm and respectful despite my numerous questions. He always goes the extra step to ensure I get the best out of my policy without adding unnecessary extras and costs!

This company takes your money then comes up with every excuse not to insure the lorry i have never dealt with a company so crap at what they do. Take so long to answer the phone the customer service is crap. Please do not use them they will rip you off even if you answer every question truthfully say they will phone you back & never do

I called with a question about updating vehicles on my traders policy, I spoke to Samantha who talked me through everything on my app while I was on the phone with her. Very professional and I could tell that she was very good at her job because she answered all my questions Very quickly, I dont have to call often as my traders insurance runs smoothly but I always know they go above and beyond to help there customers.

Hi I had one of best experiences with OneSure insurance got my Good on Transit Public and employer liability insurance at a very good price. Advisor was brilliant would recommend this company.

How does one insurance company ge away with this. I had my insurance cancelled because of their negligence. Staff have attitude and when you speak back they hang up. I’d rather ride a bike then insure with them. Stay well away. Bunch of lies
