I ordered online and size was wrong and I went into their Manly store to exchange the size and they wanted me to pay the price difference as I bought them online on sale. I just wanted to exchange the exact same item for a smaller size, all employees were inexperienced and rude and they closed the store on a Saturday whilst they all went on there lunch break. I returned the item online for a full refund and they offered me a store credit which i will never use as I will never shop their again, and waiting for credit card to be refunded the purchase price.

I love the design and overall vibe of one teaspoon, I like how they have diversified so the shorts are not just for 18 year olds that hang out on the beach.
I spent 259 on a jumpsuit to realise it was made in china
I was disappointed but love the piece. I wish these companies would make a more curated range and make it locally.

Please do not buy from this company or be sure you fully understand and are somehow comfortable with the return policy. It is complete BS.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as everyone else here. $100 out of pocket for a store credit i didn't get and tried multiple times contacting them via phone, email, Facebook, insta and going into the store.
they genuinely don't care. I ll try reporting them though it seems others have done that too and One Teaspoon is still operating

Customer service, it is and feels like you’re being ripped off , these are not cheap clothing . I’m owed money to account and have the email to prove the credit and crickets… horrible. Reached out the only way you can through email multiple times. No response after I brought to their attention that they owed me. I keep trying and no one has responded.
Definitely looking into reporting the company . This isn’t right and won’t order from them in future . I’m out a little over a 100 bucks . Might not seem like a lot but it is for a lot of peeps. Especially when you can’t even get credit back to purchase another item , oh and not to mention having to pay to ship the items back to them ! Ridiculous

Sizing is off… I ordered a size smaller than what my measurements were and they’re still too large. I can probably go down one or two more sizes. Other than that, they’re cute but really hate the return policy. They’re lucky these are the only style of shorts that I like and can find. I wish more stores sold this style.

For returns.. even if it their mistake..
I ordered a pair of pants and they sent me a pair of shorts. Additionally sending wrong sizes.
It took 2 weeks to finally get a response from them.
I returned everything..
I yet to see a refund!
It’s been 3 months
I now have unsubscribed from their Website
I just don’t trust that I will ever see my money again.
Sad to say :(
I liked some of their stuff.. but it’s a risk if you need to return anything

Terrible service for returns via their website, don’t reply to emails and don’t list a phone number. Such a weird/shonky way to run a business!!

I personally love Oneteaspoon jeans fit. They fit loose and baggy for a sexy cute look but completely agree with complaints about no refunds ect. You do need to know how the items fit before buying but if your looking for this style of jeans, I'd say oneteaspoon does the best job at this style

The website is absolutely horrible to use, I made an order consisting of 7 items and I later received two separate emails telling me that 2 of my items have been oversold and I will no longer receive them. Although I got a refund it still sucked. I have been online shopping for years now and I have never had this kind of problem. Don't buy from their official website because apparently there's no guarantee whether or not you'll actually receive what you've ordered!!!!

The fit is awfulllllll. And they don’t refund you your money or do exchanges. I should’ve read the refund section of the website but I figured it’s 2020 and retailers typically provide solid customer service when it comes to returns. Not this one!

I've loved OneTeaspoon for years and their quality is always amazing! I just ordered a new pair of jeans during their sale and received the item very quickly. One good thing on their website is that you can measure how every par of jeans will fit on you thanks to accurate measurements. I'm really petit and usually have trouble to find a size that fits but this makes it so much easier!

My new jeans fits perfectly and I'm very happy with everything from ordering, shipping and trying them on! Would highly recommend.

My experience with Oneteaspoon has always been excellent. My first purchase of jeans was in a local store. Since then I’ve ordered from their website and had excellent customer service experience.
I’ve emailed their customer support inquiring about confirmation of my order when I received error messages upon completing my order & an auto confirmation wasn’t generated but my bank was debited. The customer support team was super fast to reply and to confirm my order. I recently had a return I emailed again to check on the processing of it and credit to my account. I sent the email on a Sunday and got a response that evening which surprised and impressed me.
During the uncertain work situation due to the Coronavirus I was doubly surprised at the quick response of Oneteaspoon customer support. I was able to receive my return credit and place and order for another item within a few days. All the quality of their denim jeans and shorts has been perfect in my experience. I’m happy to shop them anytime I can!

I buy several one teaspoon piece of clothes in the last few months and every piece are PERFECT. The color, the quality, the fit and the price ( many sale period). Fast shipping and excellent customer service.

Do not order as a Guest - no such thing as an exchange and it's pot luck if the item you want to exchange (e.g. correct size) will be available after return received and store credit issued. Therefore any discount from original purchase out the window

Such a quick delivery of sale items, was absolutely stoked! The two sale skirts I bought were such a cheap price for what they normally are, and were so gorgeous on when I got them home. Perfect sizing & customer service

I ordered a piece through FP, then decided to order more directly from them, but was turned off by their “big business” policies. I ordered almost $350.00 worth of items. They had a promotion for a key chain that I qualified but forgot to hit the right button. 10 secs. later wrote and asked if they could please include it in my order. They refused.
Super lame. I don’t want to do business with a company with such ridiculously ridged “policies”.
Yup they lost a customer over a KEY CHAIN!

I was a little disappointed with the size of the shorts. I had measured myself and used their size guide and bought a size 25. I emailed customer service, but didn’t hear a response back so I messaged their Instagram account. TARA WAS AMAZING! I was surprised even getting a response being as it was on social media not their email. Being a new customer I had tons of questions and she gave very helpful answers and told me she would process my order right away when they receive it back. She deserves a raise great customer service from her!!! Fingers crossed that the new shorts fit me because I do like the brand. The shorts are “good jean” quality and not the flimsy material you can get from Pac Sun or Levi’s.
