Worst customer service ever

My order from One Teaspoon arrived very quickly. The shorts were great however, I had an issue with one pair of shorts and wanted a refund. Their customer service team is useless and will ignore all emails. The best option is to contact them through social media, particularly Instagram, however they still won't provide you with enough assistance to actually get something done. Don't bother shopping for One Teaspoon products from their own website. Buy it from another store who actually cares about their customers.

I wish I could choose ZERO stars to give an accurate review with

HORRIBLE retail experience. I'd say it's verging on the criminal actually, except it's not verging at all ... it's flat out theft!! I placed an order, three items "fell off" the order, because apparently there were out of stock (IN THE 9 DAYS it took them to finally get around to packing my order!!!), even though when the order was placed they were in stock..... THEN the order has these three items deleted from it ... I get a refund for ONE OF THEM!!! But they decide to take the postage cost away from the refund on this item, making it much less of a refund than what was paid !?!?!?! I mean WHAT!?! .... Then 2 items that were paid for, but couldn't be sent WEREN"T EVEN REFUNDED!! Even though I got an email from them saying that they'd be refunded. So basically they just stole my money a few times. THEN ... I get the order and an additional two items are missing from the Package !!!!! Like SERIOUSLY!!! This is called theft One Teaspoon. You are pathetic, and I've just written an email to the Department of Fair Trading. Have fun with that. I hope they take your trading license away you pack of underhanded thieves. .... Oh, and to top it all off? A pair of Jeans I received LITERALLY had the top button missing on them. Just a flat out joke, how are you still in business???

Order at Own Risk

Non-existent customer service: purchased shorts that weren't right when I received them, have called and left messages about the return with no reply to my messages. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Horrible customer service - non existent!!

Worst Shopping Experience I Have Ever Had In My Life

I am an avid online shopper and with no store loyalty - I just like a good experience and good product.
One Teaspoon does not answer the phone, they do not answer their e-mails, they did not ship my order for 3 weeks and they sent me a damaged product. When I returned my order they only gave me store credit (refusing to refund my credit card saying it is "company policy) and when I placed my second order with their credit I never received my order period.
Now I am out the money and out the product - thieves! STAY AWAY!!!

shocking customer shopping experience, no customer service
you buy things online and payment gets accepted and you don't get item ordered, it is not until it is not delivered and I called to find out they said sorry it was never in stock!!!! when I called to check because they never answer emails, I found this out - this after they took my payment and I did not get delivery of my item.
and more to the point the item which is out of stock is still for sale online!!

Website is the worst ever! Can never follow through with placing an order because it kicks you out or just freezes Thankful though...considering the reviews based on the quality of their product.

Horrible quality!

Horrible quality! Way too expensive. Very thin fabric and roughly sewed. The sizes mentioned on the website doesn't match the real pair of pants.
I wish I did some reseach on the review they have before buying anything.
Now I have a credit store but I really, really don't want to buy anything from them.

Worst customer service! Don't order online!

Don't order from their online store! Read all the bad reviews (they are endless)! The clothes aren't worth it or get it off Revolve who is way better to their customers! Only store credit for returns that you have to pay for and then when you do return it they loose it in their disorganized warehouse (in New Jersey)!!! You have to prove it made it there before they will look around for them! How is this even customer service! They just stole $280 from me!

Annoyed

After several separate attempts to find my order ID # (which conveniently was not included on my packing slip order form) to make a return, I have logged into my account (5 + times) trying to place a return. Leading me down a rabbit hole only to come to a page that doesn't exist!!!! Really...? I did receive my order timely but 2 pair of jeans in my order looked NOTHING like the online pair. I couldn't even get one pair past my knees and they were a harum style. (Westwood Killers) Hideous! So now I have a giant charge on my card for something I would literally throw in the trash! You people SUCK!!

Worst online experience ever

I ordered a pair of shorts from their online website. Order went through with no problem and they immediately charged my credit card. The problem occurred with delivery. I was sent tracking information on my order, after a few days went by and the tracking information said my order had been prepared to ship but never picked up, I emailed customer service. It was at least 24 hours before I heard from them but they assured me my order was on the way. After a few more days went by with no change in status I emailed them again. This time there was no reply so I called them.... The only number to reach them is an Australian phone number. I spoke to a customer service representative who told me the she would look into it my order and that it was unusual. A week went by still nothing, so I called again, again I was told they would look into it. More time went by I emailed them and called again. This time they claimed that my order was missing and they didn't know where it was. I asked for a refund. They promptly sent me an email for the return with a transaction number. This return never showed up on my credit card so..... I called again. They claimed they had processed the return and there was nothing more they could do. To this day I have not been reimbursed for this order and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ON LINE COMPANY! I'm not sure if I got scammed or not , seemed legit, but horrible experience.

oneteaspoon.com have the worst customer service and service!!!

Hi people out there, I want to let you guys to know that I placed an order since 12th january 2014 and until now the customer service always ignore my emails when I asked when are they going to dispatch my order. And now is more than 2 weeks already but still my order not yet dispatch, is this online shopping trustable? Or are they cyber scam?
Before this I already buy 2 times and they dispatched after 2 days, this time there is no news or whatever and my status is still order in picking since last week.
So before you place an order with this website, please read my review because now i'm doubting whether this online shopping trustable.
I thought oneteaspoon.com is the based online shopping so is safe. But then this problem appear.
I will update in a few more days if they really ship out my orders.

Update feb 16 :
Finally I received this order and guess what???!!
Oneteaspoon.com sent me the wrong order,and it was completely different from my whole orders!
This company surely never fails to dissapointed me! And I'm sending them a several emails asking for their responsible and they keep ignoring my emails, this is so unacceptable since they know as an online based company that this issue will make customer dissapointed as it is and now they are ignoring me!!!
I'm so pissed off!
I really wonder what kind of customer service that if this kind of matter occured, instead of facing it and take responsible, they are trying to avoid it and run away with it, it's so weird, I never had this kind of disrespectful service unless for other online shopping that trying to scam me before like Theloveofpretty.com (this scam online shopping who tries to scam my money and do the same method, send incomplete order and run away with the same trick which is ignoring my email when I asked where are the rest of my order) and now similar problem appear again with the same method which is : ignoring people's emails!
And this time Oneteaspoon.com sending me the wrong items and keep ignoring my email, instead of apologize and resolve this problem!
When customer filed an complaint issue, you guys have to resolve the problem not do some kind of HIT AND RUN TRICK LIKE THIS!!!!!
Please be more professional so customer could trust your company, for online shopping number 1 rule is T.R.U.S.T!
It's So annoying and such a horrible experience, it's not only wasting my money but also my precious time and effort!!!!!
