Hi Titouan, we're sorry to hear about the delay. Unfortunately French customs was holding the parcel over Christmas which led to a slightly longer delivery time. The order was placed on the 21st of December and delivered in France on the 3rd of January. Considering the Christmas and New Year holidays the delivery time was ok I think.

Very helpful technical support ensured that I was buying the correct part for my printer; two 42-48 stepper motors for a Creality K1 Max with longer shafts.
Delivery was superb, ordered on the 27th Dec and delivered on the 29th Dec

Good but the website is iffy
Happy with my initial purchase however I am blocked from making further purchases because their website forces me to pass some validation even after entering my login credentials.
I receive the validation link however the device I receive emails on is not the same device that I am making the order on, and the validation link does not work correctly in this scenario (it validates the device that clicks the link instead of the device that initiated the check / tried to login in the first place).
Until this is fixed I will be unable to login to make any more purchases. :(

DHL mistake quickly resolved by customer support
Order some fans. DHL made a mistake and tried to charge me custom and import fee’s on an order under 150. Emailed customer support and got a very quick response. They also quickly resolved the issue.

Over the top customer service and extensive product listings. Ordered numerous items and always arrive well packaged and on time, other than one occasion, which was down to Royal Mail loosing the package. No quibbles from Onetwo3d, sent a replacement out.
