Very disappointing and misleading pricing
I called this pest control company for a mouse issue and was told clearly over the phone that the visit charge was €49.99. After they arrived, I was told €49.99 was only the driving charge, plus €79.99 for inspection and €170 for the actual service.
The work required was very small, yet the price demanded was completely disproportionate. I also asked about a rat issue over the phone and was told they could only provide a price after assessing the situation.
This felt less like transparent pricing and more like taking advantage of people who are dealing with an urgent pest problem. If these additional charges are mandatory, they should be clearly explained before sending someone to the customer’s home.
Very disappointing experience. Ask for the complete price breakdown in writing before booking.
