Worst insurance company I've ever been with. Was cheap, but the inability to actually speak to anybody from the company when you had problems was infuriating, as well as since they merge with another company recently their website has been completely broken, not even able to check my billing history to make sure things are coming out on time. Which was catastrophic when they had a billing issue last month which caused my payment to be missed and my insurance has now been canceled because I was unaware that I was now behind on payments. Not to mention that apparently it was canceled on March 1st, but they didn't send me an email to let me know until 3 days later. If I had gotten into an accident during that period I would have been completely screwed and not knowing why.
While before the merger the company wasn't great, it was still cheap and cheerful and it actually worked properly. The website was usable, although not super useful for anything other than checking your billing history and policy number and such, but at least you could actually log in. Currently if you try to log into your account majority of the time it doesn't work and you just are sat on a loading screen indefinitely, and even when you do get in there's nothing to do because none of the pages actually load any information. My billing page indicates that the last time I made a payment was in 2016, which I wasn't with this company until 2020 approximately.

The fact that it was that easy and simple,no hassle. It’s nice to be able to do it right over the internet yourself rather than a broker.

I still didn’t receive my pink slips for my insurance that begins today.

It seems they have a broken system in place, I got canceled for my house and Auto insurance, called and wasted multiple hours, wrote multiple emails to the support team, they completley ignored me and now issuing cancelation.
I don't know what happened to the company but I am getting a complete unfair treatment

This Insurance company is ridiculous. I changed my banking information with them, 2 months ago and they still trying to take payments from my old banking information, I talked to Custoner service twice and they confirmed they had my new banking information and it was to come out today and they again tried to take the payment from an old account. Ever since they switched brokers they have went downhill. Not happy at all. Well another 6 days and have went and nothing had been resolved.

Impossible to get a hold of , cancel my insurance with them 2 months ago , they still charge me , called to dispute no one picks up the phone , email no reply, so cancel my credit card, and now they threaten me to cancel my insurance due to non payment with automatic email . Guys please look for other options

I had no problem making a claim for my car.
But when I have to do any change to my policies nobody answers.
I went to another company for my home policy instead.
It was bad decision to stop automated processing in your website without aligning people at customer service. I called and waited 2 hours, and no one answered.

Worst experience ever, trying to connect with onlia support from last 20 days no response, once they picked and then hung up while on the call. Zero customer service skills.

Emails and phone calls go unanswered. I am a paying customer and am completely disgusted with Onlia/Aha insurance.

Terrible experience with Onlia. I bought a quote online and wanted to review the policy with an agent. I’ve been trying to call in for a week now and haven’t gone through. I once went right through the general line and the lady said I had to go through sales and transferred me over. I then waited another hour and the line cut me off. I also emailed support a week ago and haven’t gotten a response back. I have 0 details of my insurance. Nothing has came in the mail. And because of the terrible service, I want to revoke my policy as soon as possible. Customer service is non-existent. I would rather pay a little bit extra to a company that is reliable. Please do better.

Good prices which was the initial draw. However, they have sold out to Aha so prices not so good anymore. I have had a terrible experience with this firm. Firstly, after a non-fault accident I wasn't treated like a valued customer and felt like the adjudicator was treating me as if it was my fault. They were not the easiest to get help from customer service but the website was a little more helpful it terms of making payments and viewing policy information. However, in the last few months I have been disappointed by the dismal level of customer service. Hours on hold, website glitching, support queries not being answered, payments being taken out late, chat feature not working. I had to make a complaint to the ombudsman after a couple months of issues only to finally get a Customer Service lead to email me a half hearted incomplete response. This is ongoing so have used todays date.

This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. I contact them to make changes no answer or call back, no email response, nothing!. I'm now trying to cancel my policy because of this and still no way to contact them to speak with someone. Can't do it online says please contact and nothing once again. They don't take payments on said payment dates. And waited 3 months to take out 1 payment. I was left unsure if I was even insured at that point, with once again left with no way to contact these people.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!

They Don’t answer. Still waiting for my policy number so I can actually drive my car using the insurance that I bought. Already reached out to support. Would really appreciate the policy number, as I need my car. Rates are nice though, I’m unsure if this is a scam or not yet.

They are almost impossible to reach by phone, email or Chat. The level of incompetency is hard to even to describe. I became so upset I am in the process of cancelling all my polices with them and going with a more reputable insurance company. Stay far away!

Onlia insurance, what the hell is going on with your company lately as for the last four or five months I cannot get a hold of anybody over the phone emails or chat also, you guys try to sign me up with another company that I never authorized or anything, so I think I’m entitled to a refund for all this But you won’t take any phone calls or answer any questions about policies payment seem to come out not on time anymore, causing issues with people‘s banks. This is not right on Leah and we are. The customers are probably gonna have to pay the price and we’re not going to Cause we shouldn’t have to hopefully do the right thing.
