10 out of 10 Amazing Quality and Service

A couple of minor issues over time, but on the whole service has been excellent. Dispatch within a couple of days and prompt delivery. Obviously there can be delays with customs, but those are beyond the control of any company and are part and parcel of importing goods.

I like the service provided and I like their choice of carrier as postal services are more likely to avoid issues encountered with other carriers. On the whole I have no complaints to speak of.

I ordered some cigars but they were denied onward delivery (Correos) due to Force Majeure and exceptional circumstances - which I have no idea what the Force Majeure was - I thought it was a one off and reordered another batch and the same thing happened. The first order was returned back to Online Cigars and because of the failed delivery of the other order I cancelled both of them and am now awaiting a refund. Rachel was pleasant in our email exchange and kept me informed and apologised on behalf of Online Cigars and assured me it was a rare occurrence. I appreciate these things can happen and the three stars is only for the delivery aspect (Correos) and NOT the company as Rachel was nice to communicate with. That said maybe another courier could be an option or maybe it’s just more challenging to deliver tobacco products thru Spain?

The cigars quality is good, and their customer service is very helpful to answer my questions, I love to talk with them.
But sometimes, delivery takes quite long, usually stuck in the airport.

From the UK it’s hard to find great deals on cigars, that is until I stumbled on these guys and wow my humidor is now packed with Oliva, RP’s,Brick House to name a few all at reasonable prices. Delivery is fast and well packaged with boveda inside to help on the way. My enquiries are dealt with swiftly especially by Rachel. All in all I totally recommend this company.

Have ordered several times now and the service has been great. Cigars are always very very well packed. Plus if you have any questions, they reply right away. I won't buy anywhere else now.
