My first order went through perfectly; I had put discrete packing in the comments and sure enough it got here.
On the 2nd time the ordering system would not accept my order, so a rep had to put it through for me, and on 2 emails i asked for comments "discrete packing" to go with my order, but that didn't happen and that request was ignored in the reply on 2 occasions. In any case the order did not arrive and customs are now asking me for $750 in tax on the tobacco because Australia is so anal about it. Not happy.

Only 1/4 of my order arrived. I still had to pay insane duties for the whole order. Took customer service 2 or 3 days to respond. They said they'd dispatch my order right away, but I'm still waiting. Considering how much of a hassle it is and how expensive duties are into my country, things like this really should not happen.

Customer service is fantastic, always quick to respond. Have never received an order without having to pay duty though as they use parcel force.

A good selection of premium products at a very reasonable price, well packaged and delivered promptly and in very good condition. UK customs seem alive to the deliveries, though - expect to pay the duty.

Great company fast delivery and always there if you have an enquiry, I ordered cigars worth £115 and Parcelforce wanted to charge £360 to delivery them.

If online cigar can follow the instructions not to open the cigar box, this will help to give a 5 stars. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

Legit site but I still got hit with customs fee, not their fault to be honest.

If you are buying to UK you should budget for customs import fees

I've been ordering to Saudi Arabia for a few years now and they have been excellent. Only once has a shipment been returned from customs with which a refund was dealt with very promptly.
Cigars are well priced and always arrive well packaged.

Great as always, customs is becoming a big issue though
