Mid June and still getting spam from them. Their unsubscribe button is not working and they know it.

not happy. Will not be buying from these guys again.
Their customer service is good but the customs overcharge was ridiculous.

It does sound like you have been over charged by customs, if you quote the actual weight of tobacco. You can usually contact them and get a refund for some of the amount.
1* seems very harsh, and more directed at UK customs than our company. If you wouldn't mind adjusting your review so that it better reflects our products and service, I would be very grateful.
