Jag köpte ett solur på auktion som efter beskrivningen var fint och utan fel. Ett bra köp. När jag kom hem och inspekterade soluret, var det inte bare defekt det skulle också repareres. Jag reklamerede til SA och fick en arrogant och nedlåtande svar retur, där den ansvariga inte än ville underskriva sig. De ville inte acceptera, att det var en reklamation, men bara ett ångrande. Nu har jag handlat en del år hos SA (Laurtiz.com) och upplever, att beskrivningen av varen blir mindre och mindre korrekt. Men när man gör något fel, får man också rätta det till. Sådan fungerar det för vanliga människor och så borde det fungera för SA.
