Ordered an infinity mirror Monday lunchtime and arrived Friday morning. Polite member of staff when rung to enquire whether product was in stock and ordered over the phone. Really happy with the product and would use Onlinebathrooms again.

Ordering was easy - great! Ordered on Wednesday after noting the 3 day delivery period for a Saturday delivery when there' would be someone home. Then a confirmation email informs me that deliveries are only made between Monday & Friday. Unbelievable! No point in emailing support to rearrange as the weekend is the only time I can be at home so instead I left a note on the door apologising to the delivery driver & asking if they wouldn't mind delivering to the house next door. I arrived home to find my large parcel (a bath side panel) left in the middle of my front garden. Absolutely disgusted.

The two pairs of tap tops I ordered came in a massive box that could of held 200+ .. and they were only wrapped in a thin polythene bag in their pairs .. so they were crashing around together in the box. As most couriers charge by volume too, did the packer have shares in that company ;-)
