Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I had no problem with the ordering of the mattress. The van driver delivered on time. However, there was no information advice included to tell me whether the mattress can be turned over or should simply be spun around, so I rang the Company. I am pleased that the Company posted the information I needed. Thank you.

In relation to your query about the mattress, this information is clearly outlined on the product description on our website. The mattress you purchased is double-sided and can be both rotated and flipped as part of its care.

It has currently been 5 working days since your order was placed, which is still well within our stated delivery timeframe of up to 10 working days.
Your items were manufactured and scanned into our courier partner’s network within just 3 working days of placing your order, which reflects the efficiency of our production process.
As you can appreciate, couriers are particularly busy during the Easter period, which can impact scheduling. However, they will be in contact with you directly before the end of the delivery window to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If you have attempted to call us over the bank holiday weekend, please note our phone lines were closed during this period due to increased demand. We have, however, responded to all emails during this time and have not received any email correspondence from you.
We also do not end calls intentionally, and we are always available during working hours to assist customers.
We kindly ask for your patience while your delivery is arranged within the agreed timeframe.

Bed very sturdy
Bed very sturdy, small issue is the fitting together would be stronger with a bolt and nut rather than the metal u shape clasp. But it is a well put together. Both parts of the base and headboard. Delivery was second to none, reply good guys.

What an amazing company to deal with. First, they rearrange their rapid delivery to avoid clashing with my hospital stay. Then, the two delivery drivers arrived well within the stated time and did a marvellous, friendly and thorough job of bringing in the new mattress and taking away the old one; and then the quality of the new mattress is fantastic and far above what was expected for the price. Fantastic customer service & product
I had an emergency and needed to order a kingsize divan in 4 parts to fit upstairs in an old cottage, together with a zip & link mattress, and it needed to be delivered within 4 days before Easter. I tried a number of companies, all of whom were mildly sympathetic but uninvolved. However, Adam at OBS was absolutely wonderful, went a million extra miles to make it all happen and kept in touch right to the end to ensure everything worked. It did! The bed arrived on Good Friday afternoon and my guests the following day. I cannot recommend Adam and OBS highly enough, both for the quality of the product but, more than anything, for Adam’s truly excellent customer service and care.

Tried contacting them to see if it’s fixable but after many calls & emails I’ve had ZERO response.

I can't fault this company from the…
I can't fault this company from the moment that I called them with questions and they answered the telephone. The delivery was made on the day that I asked by a friendly and helpful delivery driver. The quality, lead time and service for the price of the product is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend OBS. Will use again soon as I have another bedroom to refurbish in May 😀
