As of today....11/02/2026 I received an email stating...that business has ceased trading....to contact bank to request charge back.....I have spoken to my bank....this morning.......shame as they seemed to be a very reasonable priced.
AVOID SCAM
AVOID. Would not even give it 1 star, ordered 3rd January 2026. Messed around from start everyone got the same email, first saying snow delays then changing courier. I cancelled the order as could not get through on the phone kept cutting off and no replies to emails. I can’t get my refund as no one answers. Going through Trading Standards and small claims. Now the Website has shut down!

Ordered ottoman bed in December expecting 7day delivery as stated, heard nothing for three weeks so decided to email , got a quick response saying slight delay because of Christmas period
2 weeks later got a delivery date with days notice! Delivered on the day as arranged, now the fiasco starts.
Brought in 2 halves of ottoman bed , began taking old bed and mattress away as paid for ,asked me sign to which I replied have you the new mattress in which delivery driver replied yes so i continued unpacking the ottoman upstairs, 10 minutes later checked to see where the guys only to realise the front door was wide open and they had gone.
Contacted the delivery partner who had promised to call me back after she contacted the driver , heard nothing, checked my online delivery note which said bed and mattress delivered, I was furious at this point so called the bed supermarket 5 times but no answer the following day I tried again but no response, rang the delivery agent who said it had been delivered to which I kindly informed her I had camera footage saying otherwise the she apologised and said it wasn’t on the van in the 1st place
Anyway finally got the mattress 3 days later enduring 3 nights on the sofa
Only to realise they sent the complete wrong one, 3 more days trying to contact the bed supermarket via phone and email but still no reply, have had no choice but to contact my bank to get my cash back and will be informing the bed supermarket that they will find there goods in the front garden for them to collect unless I get a reply Asap
Please don’t put yourself through the agony of using this company because they are shocking!!!

People BEWARE. Impossible to Contact.
Have sent 2 emails to this company asking when my mattress will be dispatched and had NO response at all. The phone line is apparently "busy" so tells you to contact by email. Hopeless. Having looked at reviews and FB posts it would seem this company are well known for not supplying what has been paid for.

Ordered and paid for a mattress on 20/01/26 5-7 day delivery total rubbish! We have had two emails with completely conflicting information and now they are ignoring us! This is completely unacceptable and I will be reporting this to trading standards! Do not order from this company!!

Don’t usually write reviews but want to warn others to stay away from this company. Ordered two ottoman beds in January and haven’t heard anything else from this company except excuses. Emails ignored or you just get a generic response and impossible to get through on the phone. I can only assume this is a scam or the company is in dire straits and about to fold thankfully I paid via a credit card so I’m going to start a section 75 to recover my money! For those reading these reviews do yourselves a favour and buy your beds elsewhere and save yourself a whole heap of agro !!
No Customer service, impossible refunds!!
I am trying to contact Customer service to return an item and there is no response whatsoever. There is a phone number which is an automated response and there is no one at the other side, it is a "smoke - screen". The recording asks you to send an email but no one is coming back to me. Be careful with your purchase if you need to return or cancel. Competitive prices at a cost....

This is truly one of the worst purchase experiences I have ever had. Initially all looked good, within a week we had a delivery date, unfortunately nothing turned up, however we were still sent an email requesting us to review our product. Over the coming weeks we were told they had been let down by their delivery company, however 6 weeks after purchase we have half an order delivered and lots of promises about the rest. Looking at companies House this business has a history of going bust. The phone number takes 45 to an hour to get through and they totally ignore email. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bed arrived safe and sound within the allotted delivery time. Have not slept on it yet as our bedroom is not getting a make over until mid March.

Very easy to order on line. I purchased a bed & mattress and also paid for them to recycle the old bed & mattress. All went to plan!

Very little communication, lengthily delays in responses and still no mattress after almost a month. The phone number on their website cuts off immediately when called. Significant reluctance to cancel the order.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A MATTRESS WHICH WAS PROMISED TO BE DELIVERED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. UNABLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE AND ALWAYS EXCUSES IN REPLIES TO EMAILS. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I HAVE SENT A LETTER TO THE ONE NAMED DIRECTOR AS LISTED AT COMPANIES' HOUSE.
Items were delivered damaged and zero support to resolve my issues
Items were delivered damaged and after 3 weeks I am still awaiting replacement parts due to divan drawers being damaged and feet and clips missing. I cannot use the bed and have been promised items have been dispatched twice never to arrive. I have sent several emails which have not been responded to, I have tried to call The Bed Supermarket and cannot get through. Very frustrating, with zero Customer Service, I've now asked to return all the items as I've waited too long.
The Personal Touch
I ordered a mattress and my old mattress removal which was delayed due to the company's change of supplier and courier around the same time. This was highly frustrating from my perspective, however, I have to say that credit should be given to Miles from The Bed Supermarket who personally intervened to expedite my delivery schedule. He kept me updated and worked late into the evening to make sure he got back to me as promised. This is something I would not have expected of a large organisation and this was definitely going the extra mile. The mattress was delivered by two very polite gentlemen and the quality of the mattress is excellent. Thank you Miles for your help and would now definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a hilton orthopedic mattress on 23rd January 2026 and have still not received it. Contacted them by email and got a reply that amazingly the mattress had a delay and was being handed over to courier that day and would be contacted by the courier to arrange delivery. Still haven't received mattress on the 9th February 2026 and have emailed twice with no response, do not buy anything from this company as they are cowboys take your money and run with it leaving my mother an 81 year old pensioner out of pocket and with no mattress. If i ever get my mums cash back i will never order from this company again
