Carpet got delivered today
Carpet got delivered today, some of the packaging is ripped and carpet is already dirty but being the underside I haven't looked into this too much, hopefully doesn't show on the finished side.
This particular delivery driver wasn't the most helpful but received another order with a different driver who was incredibly helpful - would always suggest having two of you incase the driver is not in the mood to assist.
Good quality carpets and good customer service otherwise.

Great price and great quality
Great price and great quality. Have used a few other vinyls in the past and this is much thicker and nicer to walk on. Delivery person was super helpful too and got the vinyl into the house whilst I was feeding our newborn baby! Kitchen looks fab!

Delivery doesnt include unloading from van
Be aware that if you order large flooring from Online Carpets, you may be expected to unload it yourself.
My order consisted of a carpet weighing around 70 kg and a roll of vinyl weighing around 50 kg. Only one driver was sent and he was unable to unload the carpet without my help, so I ended up lifting and carrying around 120 kg of flooring myself.
When I complained, customer services referred me to their terms and conditions, which state that customers are expected to provide additional people or equipment if the driver can't unload the order.
That's not what I expect from a paid home delivery service.

Our deliveries are carried out by a single driver, as vehicles carry 5m-wide rolls, which prevent us from having passengers in the vehicle. Whilst we do have delivery fees, these are applicable for faster services or for orders under £249, not for a delivery to be taken into the home.

From free samples to purchase of LVT flooring everything was straightforward with no hassle.
Delivery was prompt and in time stated.
Driver was very courteous and left flooring inside house for me as I asked him.

Great service from Online Carpets leaving me completely satisfied. Purchased a 5mx5m carpet that was better priced than several stores that I visited. The carpet arrived on schedule with no issues at all. The delivery company was spot on too. By ordering online and using my own fitter, I realised a significant saving. I will definitely be using Online Carpets again!
