I did quite a large order ,as soon as it was delivered I checked the contents and immediately a set of cushion covers was missing so I contacted customer services about it and they sent me the missing cushions covers ,then I didnt open everything straight away but when I did one of the matching throws was badly damaged in a faulty condition with all frays running throughout so I contacted customer services (lakeehsa ) and she blatantly LIED and said the throws was out of stock so i immediately went online to check and they wasnt out of stock atall there in stock she literally emailed me this morning which i read instantly and checked online within 1min to see if she was lying and I was right she is dishonest but why ? Why wouldn't you want to put something right for the customer ? Thats not fair or good for business and this is why im writing this email as my reply to them via there website will probably go to lakeesha so id like somebody higher to look into this issue to resolve it and for lakeesha to be told DO NOT LIE to customers its dishonest it really is !!!

As usual my order was dealt with very quickly & i received it all within 2 days. Cushions good size & lovely & plump. Covers excellent. Bath mat fab. Good thickness dries quickly. Very pleased with my order as usual.

I have ordered fromOHS twice and both times have had to contact customer service. The first time both shelves I ordered arrived damaged, so I contacted customer services (to which you have to wait 1 or 2 days for each reply which is frustrating) I then returned the items and had to chase my refund after 2 weeks of them being received by OHS.
I then ordered again this month. I received the wrong colour rug from what I’d ordered and was told it was the correct item as it was in the right packaging even after had sent photos of the rug I had received which clearly was incorrect. I had also ordered 2 throws which still hadn’t been dispatched a week after I placed the order. I had paid £6.95 for “large item delivery” for the rug which was no bigger than a pack of king size bedding when it arrived folded. I now can’t get a refund for the shipping and want to cancel the whole order as the remained still haven’t been dispatched but the delay between each message to customer service is very frustrating and an online chat would be useful especially when arranging returns. I will not be using OHS again after two bad experiences of poor quality items and poor customer service. Avoid!!

My initial dissatisfaction, re notifying a postcode capture error IMMEDIATELY noticed after ordering, was turned around to a 5🌟 resolution by LIMEEZ and MISHQA in OHL Customer Service.

Friday night I emailed via the OHL Contact Form to please notify INpost of my correct postcode before the incorrect code label and goods go into their Tracking system on Monday, or else the delivery could not happen.

I received a reply from someone in OHL Customer Service there was nothing they could do, too late, they did not know which courier they use.... could be this, could be that ..... and l should contact the courier myself when they send Tracking notification.

We all know there's no Courier Option for correcting postcodes or advising its the wrong address on the label, nor opportunity to explain to a human, so l changed the address altogether to a PICK UP POINT instead of home delivery and collected it
Behold my genius ! 🤭
This worked for Parcel One.

Meanwhile LIMEEZ followed up, liaising with INpost, reissuing a new label for bulky Parcel Two and on Friday MISHQA very courteously completed that transaction and passed on my gratitude to her Team colleague LIMEEZ.

COURIER :
I also received a lovely communication from INpost apologising for such extended email to-ing and fro-ing for a simple issue.
The cheerful INpost driver made my shopping experience upbeat. 👋

OHL GOODS :
The lush looking bed linen, tropical garden fleeces + cushions l received are good quality.
One item with a hole is being replaced with no issue.

I am very pleased with my order lovely bedding and beach towels and cushion covers to match but I thought it was a pack of 2 cushion cover. I did order 2packs thinking I would get 4 cover as I payed £4. But very happy 👍👍👍👍👍

OHS have never let me down, they have a great range of affordable products and they have always been great quality. I cannot rate them higher. I have recently moved and needed curtains for every room and I managed to find them all here; in the sizes I needed and it didn't break the budget. Fantastic communication and delivery options.

Wasn't sure how my experience would be as I haven't used this shop before and some of the reviews seemed a bit dodgy. However, I gave it a go and got some seasonal decor - some bedding, cushions and Christmas storage bags/boxes. Absolutely no complaints at all. All good quality (especially considering the reasonable prices) and the delivery was within a week, everything arrived fine. Definitely had a good experience and would recommend.

Returned 2 throws around 25th July and still no refund and no reply at all to emails sent. Seems like no one can be bothered to sort this out at all.
Would not recommend this company to anyone on this basis unfortunately..

Ordering was easy, delivery time was within the stated time.
The items that I bought were exactly as described, and seemed well made. Will be ordering again.
