I have ordered from OHS many times & can't fault them for quality & price great value for the money

Great prices for great products. Delivery is a bit longer than I would like but other than that is great.

Fantastic for small furnishings. They last and are made pretty well for the price.
I’ve ordered quite a few bits and pieces from storage boxes to teepees for kids and they’ve all arrived well packaged and easy to assemble.

There was a problem with my order. I got sent the wrong items and none of my items I had actually ordered.
I sent an email stating this and i was contacted the next day.
Faatimah was the person who dealt with my issue and didn't waste any time resolving it for me.

Again another quick delivery the day after I ordered. Again exceptional quality goods. Cant beat getting into bed with new bedding on. Must be getting old when you get excited opening up a parcel containing new bedding.

So I placed two orders and for some reason the delivery company failed yo deliver. I still don't know what happened.
I got in touch with Online Home Shop and at first I was very cross. I wasn't going to recommend them to anyone however they have been brilliant. I received a refund for one order and the second order they have resent the items at no extra cost. I haven't recipe the items yet but im sure I will. I also place another order. I cant compliment there Customer Service representatives more. Thankyou.

I expected a delivery today , but when I saw who was the courier I didn’t hold out much hope . The driver said my address could not be found , that happens frequently with this particular company , no gps ? The courier message said contact ohs , so I phoned customer care, I though I had phone a personal number , as it sounded as thought it was in someone’s living room , this was of no help , in fact he hung up on me . So emails have been sent , to try an establish when or if I receive my purchases . Will I buy from them again , NO .

I have bought so many things from OHS from coverless quits double And king size towels again hand towels and jumbo bath sheets, rugs and many more things found to be very good quality.
