Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service, quick delivery time and sorted out an issue which was my fault. Very quick to respond to e-mail, would also definitely recommend for quality of all items received, thank you.

There was a fault with a fitted sheet…

There was a fault with a fitted sheet that I purchased. I sent an email about this , to which I received a reply straight away. I was offered a replacement or refund, which also was dealt with straight away. Thank you Jody for your great customer service. Would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic for small furnishings

Fantastic for small furnishings. They last and are made pretty well for the price.
I’ve ordered quite a few bits and pieces from storage boxes to teepees for kids and they’ve all arrived well packaged and easy to assemble.
Definitely recommend!

There was a problem with my order

There was a problem with my order. I got sent the wrong items and none of my items I had actually ordered.
I sent an email stating this and i was contacted the next day.
Faatimah was the person who dealt with my issue and didn't waste any time resolving it for me.
Excellent customer service.
