Every thing I ordered was really good quality getting bargains from £1 bed set for £4 and £6 pillow covers for outside furniture £2 I like a bargain had plenty in my last few orders

The quality of the bedding is good, the price is good, they were delivered when I was told they would be.

I had an issue with a delivery part of which had not been delivered. I'd waited the 14 days then emailed the company.
A couple of days later, I received an email from one of the customer service staff called Laeeqah asking for the order number etc. I was very pleased the following day to receive another email from Laeeqah stating I was to be issued with a full refund.

Laeeqah has provided excellent customer service and I would order from the company again.

All good. I am enjoying my new cushion

Still awaiting refund for numerous items which havent arrived !!!

Laeeqah was very helpful in resolving a problem with a damaged item that I received and arranged for a replacement to be ordered.

I had a couple of issues with my order and Laeeqah sorted them both out so efficiently. I have ordered from OHS many times, and to be honest with you hadn't always had the best experience, but the prices are reasonable. However with Laeeqah customer service she provided it's definitely made me feel much safer ordering from them in the future

Out of 3 large orders only 1 item was a issue, emailed them got back to me straight away. Excellent customer service. The products are amazing. I would recommend people to look at OHS before buying elsewhere.

Bought for the grandchildren when we go camping they'll be ideal. Look very sturdy and really colourful, I'm sure they'll love having their own chair each

I had a dining table delivered from online home shop absolutely terrible missing parts and the wood was completely broken I have emailed and had no reply for a pick up and full refund will not be ordering form here again

Ordered some bits from the sale to test out this company. The order was sent to a inPost locker, something ive used many times before but the app didnt notify me that my delivery was waiting to be collected. By the time i realised, the order was on its way back to the seller. I contact online home shop to explain the situation, and, they went above and beyond to make sure i had my order re delivered. Really pleased with the customer service and after i finally recieved my order im really pleased with the items also. Lovely quality and exactly as described. If i had to nit pick anything, it would be that the handles snapped on the washbaket straight away. But im not fussed. Will definatly be using this company again

Awful! Pre ordered a table,its gone over original dispatch date,can only contact by email and they just lie and state its not due as pre ordered and extend the date,they stated on fb that my problem was resolved,its not,still waiting for item yet on website it states its available for next day delivery.
