I thought the value my house was given was low. Everything else was accurate except for # of bathrooms. I have 2.5 instead of 3. Have also put a new roof on which is metal and had a patio with fire pit added. Yard is beautifully landscaped with sprinkler system.

Site delivered what was promised. Cost only $1.00. Well worth the money. Just make sure you read all the fine print. The site offers a monthly service for $18.95 that is not obvious, and I signed up for it by mistake. They were very good about refunding my money, though.

Good information. Enough to help us decide on whether or not we wish to persue a home in this community, with this amount of square footage. Airel photos of property were extremely helpful as we were able to actually see the size of the lots and the amount of yard work that would be involved in keeping it up. (However, we're hoping the HOA takes care of most of that)! Wish there was more information on the inside of the house other than the mention of the number of bedrooms and baths, but the school info was indeed interesting and appears we have several different choices. We will definately use this service again and rely on it to point us in the right direction.
