I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable, the pricing is very competitive for such good quality items. Delivery came within a few days which is very good during the pandemic. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommended.

Crooks, they take your money even though they have no stock and then ignore emails when you want a refund.
I’ve had to begin a claim through PayPal.

Ordered Fishing Waders late Feb 2021 . Items apparently in stock. Contacted firm 10.3.21 told that items were not in stock and awaiting delivery from suppliers. Requested refund. Told it was passed to accounts same day. Nothing received by 22/3/21 so contacted firm again told it could take a further 14 days so contacted PayPal and matter resolved within 24 hours.
Felt this company just fobbing me off and using Covid as an excuse for supply difficulties.
Eager to take money when they know that item advertised is not in stock. Wish I had read other trust pilot reports before dealing with this company

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, 1 pair received within a few days. I contacted customer services to find out where the other pair was.
Was told they were out of stock but would be with me ASAP.
Arrived shortly after.
Good quality and customer service.
Will use again in the future.

I was a little worried as I only read the previous reviews after I placed my order but I do have to say that I didn’t receive any problems with my order. It arrived well packaged in a couple of days. Really happy with my boots.

My experience was really good, as it happened one of the items I ordered went out of stock but communication was good and it was replaced by a higher value item. I also ordered the wrong colour vests and they swapped for what I needed and it all arrived the next day

So pleased I read these reviews before ordering a pair of safety shoes. I'm so sorry to hear of all these horror stories, but thank you all for taking the time to warn other people of another scam organisation.

I placed a order in the begining of Jan 2021 - It's now March 3/3/21 and still not had my item or refund??!!

Customer service is awful! and judging by the reviews they are taking payments for items and not sending them out. I don't think they have the items in stock, they are a re-seller or somthing

My item arrived 24th March ! Nearly 3 months!

Ordered 2 pair of black work trousers, received 1 pair of blue...this was 6 weeks ago. They said they'd refund me for the 1 pair I hadn't been sent. Still waiting. Poor sales, poor customer service. Use these cowboys at your own risk.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased from this website. Bought work shoes that were a little big so messaged them twice to try and arrange an exchange. After waiting with no reply, I messaged a third time to return with a refund. Then I read their returns policy, 20% refund charge with a £8 restocking charge. Beyond belief.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scam company you will not receive your goods how they are still able to advertise on the website is beyond me.

Ordered a coat for my husband showed instock but no coat arrived. I then received an email stating it wouldn't be in stock until end of February, so I requested a refund.That was 22nd December and I'm still waiting. phoned January 4th and told 2wks refund wait. The website shows items in stock but that is not accurate, they take your money but when the item is out of stock you have to wait 14 days for a refund.

Made an order of a pair of socks and a coat 10 days later I am still waiting for the items and have needed the coat in this pissing rain! Absolutely no communication from the company, stock levels are false. LIARS AND SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I would highly suggest sticking to a brand name you know like tool station etc and not these absolute cowboys. ✊🏼💦💦

AVOID! Their website claims items are in stock. Had to ring to find out where delivery was, informed didn't have item in stock. Why not update website??

Ordered some overalls for husband. Email confirmation saying we will get an invoice when order complete they advertise that they aim to deliver the next day. 7 days later and nothing they have taken the money but no further communication. Called them twice and left a message and emailed but no response from them. Avoid

I ordered some gloves over a month ago and it turned out they weren’t in stock with their supplier and they didn’t know when stock would be back in, for some reason they still sent me an email stating that my order had been dispatched. I phoned to try and find out where my order was after the estimated delivery date had come and gone and we agreed that I would receive a full refund... I’ve now had to chase up the refund 3 times, the second time I spoke to the manager who advised me the refund could take up to two weeks. The two weeks has passed and still no refund. In this time I have tried to order the gloves from another company who had the exact same problem with the suppliers and refunded me within 2 days. Then third time lucky I have ordered and received the gloves from a different company. Awful company and awful customer service. Would avoid like the plague.

Ordered ear plugs and dust masks. Order has not been delivered. Think it may be a scam as I am having to request a refund through my credit card protection.

Ordered a jacket and still waiting 11days later, no answer when calling and no reply to numerous emails, money been took from account, so angry, contacted SAGEPAY who deal with the transaction but they can't help either, aaaggghhhhhh
