I was lucky that i paid by Credit card so i made a claim 'under section 75 of the consumer credit act'........Looking on Trustpilot he seems to have had quite a few companies in the past and has done exactly the same thing....STAY AWAY from him and his offers.
This company was called British Sewing centre and has gone into administration. They have been called various names before and have left a lot of customers out of pocket and some without sewing machines. I had my machine collected on the 16th of May for a service. It has not been returned and the phone is cut off as is all the websites no way of contacting them. I will contact all my Sewing contacts and warn them of this company. Also will get a Sewing Magazine editor to write an article on the downs of buying from this company. All I want is my machine back.
