Terrible service – nothing works

I’ve tried multiple numbers from different countries on onlinesim.io, and none of them worked. SMS messages never arrive, and in many cases, the numbers aren’t even accepted by the platforms. Customer support is completely useless – they always give the same generic responses without offering real help. It feels like a scam – they just take your money and deliver nothing in return. Avoid this service at all costs.

No HK or China numbers for QQ registration…

When you check the site you will see Hong Kong and China listed along the Countries whose numbers are provided.

In my case, My Quest was simple: get a QQ email registered.

To My surprise after top up of the account with the minimum of $10 - for which you get charged $12, I tried and quickly found no China or HK numbers are available for SMS reception.

In the end trying to save something out of a bad Deal I tried a Chile Number for whatsapp registration which is something I have been looking for for a while, and WhatsApp couldnt even accept sending a code to the provided Number. So there.

Unhelpful support with pre-set messages

Continuous errors with numbers that are not generated uniquely, but are used by multiple users. You dial a number that is used by multiple users. Furthermore, those rare numbers that are not used by other users unfortunately for services like WhatsApp never arrive even by changing VPN and all the other pre-set "advice" from operators who are unable to really help you with the problem

Our numbers are issued exclusively to one user at a time and cannot be reused by other clients after the rental period ends (15-20 minutes for “SMS Reception” or after the rental expires). However, mobile operators sometimes reissue inactive numbers after 2-3 months, which can lead to conflicts on third-party services (such as WhatsApp).

Problems Receiving SMS
— If the SMS does not arrive, funds are not deducted (payment is only processed after the first SMS).
— We recommend:
• Closing the current number (click the red cross) and ordering a new one.
• Changing your IP/VPN and your browser/device (this increases the chances, as services like WhatsApp block mass requests).

Blocked or Occupied Numbers
We guarantee a refund in such cases. Please contact support. The average response time from an operator is 3 minutes. The average time to process a refund to your account balance is 1-4 hours.

Technical Limitations

Surprisingly, it worked for me

After reading a single person's review of saying "out on x numbers, some worked", it was good enough for me so I tried.

I needed a Turkish number for a gmail account, I selected one that lasted for 15 mins, verified with no problem and continued on my way.

The next day I tried using again a Turkish number but it says they are out of Turkish numbers, and asked me if I wanted something else close to that area, which I declined (So they probably fixed the issue with being given used number).

I have a very unexpected and positive experience, even though it looked like a scam, it worked for me. Have fun you guys

The numbers generated are 98% not working

The numbers generated are very unreliable. I tried 50+ Argentina numbers for Netflix and even sent SMS from my private phone. None was received. As a test I generated a German number that didn't even look close to what mobile numbers should look like in this country. But the 2nd german number surprisingly looked right and even worked! So, the service is not 100% fake. And they don't charge the money for a number, if no message was received, to be fair. Still - no success at all with the Argentina numbers.

However, as a representative of the company, I want to point out the fact that the problem is not only in the numbers. I checked, indeed, Argentine numbers are problematic and are not suitable for netlfix - we will deal with this problem and will try to do everything possible to solve it, however, I believe that your estimate of 98% of non-working numbers is greatly exaggerated. I checked and found the following numbers for netflix for the last two weeks: Thailand - 100%, Laos - 100%, Australia - 100%, South Africa - 100%, Czech Republic - 100%, Netherlands - 100%, Hong Kong - 81.81%, Japan - 76.19%, Philippines - 69.66%, Haiti - 66.66%, Cambodia - 57.14285714%, Indonesia - 50%, Brazil - 50%, United Kingdom - 50%, Peru - 42.85%, USA - 33.33%
According to Argentina numbers, the success rate is only 27.27% (15 received and 40 rejected SMS)
