Genuinely poor. Ordered uniform and was told to pay in advance via transfer. Uniform turned up 2 weeks late, embroidered logos are really poor quality and wrong sizes have been supplied. Called to sort out and recieved nothing but abuse, £1200 out of pocket and flat refused to refund. Use with caution !
Great service again very helpful and quick receiving my new work gear, this is the 3rd time using these guys, will be using again very soon
We have now placed two orders with this company and they have been a pleasure to deal with both times. With the second order there was an Aust Post delivery issue that was probably our problem, this company stuck with us, their support regarding this matter was the reason that it was resolved. Their embroidering is top class,and we couldn't be happier with the products that we have ordered.
Good quality embroidery and good service all round from design to delivery.
Will definitely use this company again
