Top notch!

On Location is a top notch elite hospitality provider. This is my third year working with them for Super Bowl. I trust them to take care of my guests and I so very much. They are an extension of my team for elite sporting events.

On Location took amazing over the top

On Location pushed an amazing experience over the top by taking all of the hassle out of planning and offering so many extras. It really felt like a VIP treatment even from our lower tier package. All we had to do was get to and from our local airport, and they took care of everything in between. All we had to do was focus on the event and exploring the city.

3 Year Customer

We have booked with On Location for three years for Pro Bowl Games experiences and we have unmatched access to the field and players. So much so, that we see kids crying because they cannot get the access we get with On Location. I stop the parents and tell them to book with On Location next time because its so awesome. We get the skills challenge and Saturday closed practice which are not open to the public. It’s amazing and we make so many memories with On Location and the experiences. My son was on the field the whole time during the Pro Bowl. And its surprisingly affordable too compared to other events like the Super Bowl. Are there hiccups? Yes! The NFL is notorious for changing rules from year to year and On Location is at the NFL's mercy but all in all we are pleased and will keep booking with On Location.

I have paid almost $50,000 for 4 Final…

I have paid almost $50,000 for 4 Final Four tickets, rooms, etc…I still have no idea what my package includes. I have called several times and received vague answers. Very poor service for such a premium price!!!!

Unethical and abusive

Unfortunately, due to your unethical and abusive way of marketing the Mexico Series for WC2026, I had to cancel my priority access and for the first time not be in Hospitality at the World Cup. I hope you can convey my complaint and deep discontent to managers since in less than 10 days raising the price from $9,595 USD to $14,250 speaks very badly of you, thinking that we will not notice or thinking that we are stupid and you can trick us all.
Prices had already risen quite a bit compared to the previous World Cup, but now wanting to abuse like this speaks of what a terrible company you are.

Dont you dare to think you can fool us!

Do not buy on location

Do not ever deal with on
location. they will sound awesome. promise the best and are the worst at responding. I bought my Super bowl tickets Jan 7 and still
do not have them to sell. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

They won't return my phone calls...still waiting for tickets I bought in June

I definitely would not recommend On Location. I bought my tickets in June & as of January 28th, my tickets are not here. I spent a fair amount of time yesterday trying to pursue this with them, but they don't (or won't) answer the phone.

I would definately NOT recommend On…

I would definately NOT recommend On Location. They will promise the moon and not deliver. I paid in full for my super bowl tickets Jan 7 and still have no idea where they are. Furthermore the pre game pkg that I also got with the tickets cannot be sold with my tickets. This company should not be backed by the NFL

The hospitality portion of the package can be transferred to a new attendee if you are unable to join us. My ticket sales executive

My ticket sales executive, Gerardo, was great to work with. I was specifically looking for club seats behind the NFC bench and he monitored tickets as they were released in batches and contacted me when he had exactly what I was looking for. We ended up with front row club seats! Thank you!!!

Rose Bowl Game & Arroyo Club

Purchased tickets and Arroyo Club access for Rose Bowl game. So easy to purchase, great seats in the stadium and really fun atmosphere and good food at Arroyo Club. We each received 2 drink tickets and the drink options were very good. When worried about receiving our Arroyo Club passes, because they are delivered via Fed Ex, I called customer service and received a live person who was super helpful. The passes were sent overnight and arrived when promised. The game tickets were easy to transfer tickets through Ticketmaster. Great experience through and through! Our second year in a row purchasing through On Location and I'll likely purchase in the future, too.

UFC VIP 10/10

VIP entrances, so from the first steps to the venue to the last steps out you're taken care of. Up in the VIP lounge you get to meet amazing fighters who are always friendly. Pair that with a great view and open buffet/bar and there's not much more one could ask for when watching UFC Live!
