Lack of updates

Order was placed and did not receive any updates. Upon chatting with the online associate, it was found that their internal finance team had place a hold with no explanation. Never contacted me with any updates until I called them.

Hold was removed and another 2 weeks to ship. A total of 1 month between placing the order and receiving the device. Have not received the device yet.

Customer Service/Quality came through!

Got a computer that locks up as soon as it logs in. This is my 5th computer from them, so I was feeling confident that my issue would be resolved quickly. I got a personal call from the Quality Manager assuring me that this will be taken care of right away.

I am glad that I have had an opportunity to test their customer service. I like their computers and look forward to buying from them again in the future.

Consistently good communication through…

Consistently good communication through order and tech support. We have placed multiple Karbon 700 orders in the last 9 months and will definitely continue working with OnLogic.

The product quality is excellent and tech support is very solid. I would recommend them highly.

No LEDs

Computer was sold advertising user LEDs, but it turns out that's a firmware feature that hasn't been implemented yet, and no word on whether it ever will be.

Seriously annoying, but computer is still usable enough to not return for a refund.

LogicSystems has the parts I need for…

LogicSystems has the parts I need for our environmental computers. The perfect blend of legacy and current connections and parts to keep our equipment up and running. I also trust they offer vetted equipment that we can rely on to stay running. We are a small company and appreciate the ability to have access to the parts we need.

Ordering process was straightforward…

Ordering process was straightforward and made it easy to find a product with the specs I needed on the timeline I needed it. Customer service called to follow up on the order and ensure I was happy. Sent tax exempt form after the order, they refunded tax within an hour of my email. Really impressed with OnLogic!

Orders via the website go OK

Orders via the website go OK, sometimes there are issues with odd freight costs or vat added on top of the price.
Other than that, splendid service all together!

Its really unbelievable that you can…

Its really unbelievable that you can purchase a device over the web page that says there is a complete stock available, and a couple of days later I received an email telling me that one of the components hasn't arrived to the port so you cannot finish configuring the device and off course you couldn't ship it at the right time.

Should be 10 stars instead of 5

Should be 10 stars instead of 5. Dealt with these people almost since LogicSupply started. Never a problem, always helpful. In three cases they bent over backwards to meet our requirements. Been fascinating to watch them grow and evolve. Will definitely continue dealing with OnLogic.

Activating windows was not all that clear

Activating windows was not all that clear. Who knew the MS OS product code sticker was on the bottom of the unit?

A simple fix - Rubber stamp the OS DVD holder with that info:
"Your Win10 Pro OS is already installed.
To activate, find the Microsoft code sticker
on the bottom of your Onlogic computer."
